seriously. why did I even go on that stupid date. I think to myself as I step into the shower. I'm glad he didn't stay outside again tonight.

"uhm, Marlee?" Greg peeks through the crack open my door.

"what?" I say from my bed.

"I can't sleep." that's true. it is already like 11:44 pm.

"uhm, do you want to sleep in here?" please say no please say no.

"yes." damn it.

"ok well, you can bring your blankets and pillows and sleep on the floor next to my closet." I tell him. he already had his bedding things in his hands so he just walked over an laid it all down.

all through the night I heard him tossing and turning, I actually was pretty freaked out because he used to sleepwalk and I just think that's creepy. I even herd him mumble something a few times but I couldn't make out what he was saying. I glanced at the clock and saw that it was already 1:23 am. great. barely any sleep. at least tomorrow is Sunday.

••••

I wake up and Greg isn't on the floor next to my bed.

what?

where is he? oh yeah. he wakes up at like 8:30 on weekends. why so early though? oh well.

I walked down the stairs and smelled bacon. mmmm bacon.

for a second I remember my sucky date I went on last night. ugh. I really don't want to think of that right now but of coarse...

"so how was your date last night honey?" my mom asks me while making some bacon. great. just what I needed. I roll my eyes.

"um fine." I lie.

"good. you think there will be a second date?" hell no.

"um I don't know. I don't think so.. "

"why not?" she asks while flipping a piece of bacon.

because he's an asshole and eats like a pig.

"um he's not really my type I guess"

"oh ok" She said as I shove shove eggs and bacon into my mouth so she can't ask anymore questions.
