CHAPTER 3
The commander of the Void 50 was the first to break out of the trance. He shook his head out of it and said,"Hem, hem. Well, my name is Commander Gold, and by my side is my second-in-command Ice. We are the Void 50 that my lord Chaos sent to help. We are happy to help as always but...."
He tuned the commander out, already bored with his speech. He had no doubt that the commander had already said it a million times. Anyone with half a brain cell could tell.
He choose to look at his new surroundings. Camp Half Blood hadn't changed much. Of course, he noticed that the two camps had become one with the name of Camp Demigods apparently. The had bigger, more cabins then before. The also had a obstacle course from Camp Jupiter and the baths from Camp Jupiter but nothing much had changed.
A smile crept onto his face, a creepy smile, one that of a murderer. Maybe Camp Demigods wasn't going to be so bad. Maybe this would be his vacation. After all, games are made to be amusing.
And this game would be so much fun.
At least, for him. They would be to trying to run away while his claws rested on their tiny, little mouse tails. Then he would let go for a second, just a second, giving them a false sense of hope. Then he would come down, taking them by the tails and dangling them down in a 180 degree position, harder then before.
Let the games began....
OoOoO
Annabeth's sole attention was currently on the commander, her eyes wide. She absorbed every word he said, as if a sponge. Because to her, knowledge was power. Knowledge was the only way to succeed in life and the commander was offering it here for free.
She had never heard of the Chaos Army. She had never even known there was a Chaos. She, like many others, believed that Chaos was a myth, a children's story. And if there was thing she hated more then not knowing, it was being wrong.
That particular concept was almost foreign to her. She had been right everything in the past. Well not everything, but close enough. In her whole immortal life, she had only been wrong very few times and she had hated it every time.
Because she had to be right.
What she didn't know was the knowledge was not the only thing important in the little planet that she lived in. There was so much more and while knowledge may be in that category of succeeding, there were still many more items in that category.
Her attention snapped to Zeus after then Commander had finished talking. Zeus proudly toke his position as leader and spoke, "With the help of the Chaos Army, we had won one of the many battles yet to come. I must extol all of you on a battle well fought. We have few injuries and no deaths. Let us hope with the help of the Chaos Army, that this will be the outcome of all of our battles to come. We shall stand bravely and united against the Mother Earth and her children. We shall win this war and go back to the times of peace that we had before this. We shall be victorious!"
The fact that many, if not all, the gods and the immortals rolled their eyes went unnoticed by the crowd. Zeus. Always with the dramatics.
The demigods cheered as one and started filing out on loud chattering voices, some towards their cabins, some to treat their injuries and others to find some food to eat.
He, personally, went to set up the cabin. Of course the cabin had already been set by the campers but it was probably tiny and crammed. No, he needed his own room.
He magically made the cabin ten times bigger with rooms and bathrooms. He gave himself his own room, of course and the rest was 5 people per one room. It wouldn't be too bad because the rooms were huge. he made sure there was a living room and a kitchen with a refrigerator.
