(Amanda's P.O.V)
We walked back to the hotel and Richard gave me the room key and kissed me. "What was that for?" He sneakily smiled at me. "Nothing. You're just so beautiful. You'll find an outfit laid out on the bed for you. I'll be at our date spot in 10 minutes. Wait 10 minutes and then come downstairs to the reception area..."

I went inside and saw a black dress with a light gold pedant placed on top. This dress was stunning. He got the dress spot on. It was gorgeous. I went in the shower and looked at the time. 10 minutes he said. My shower was so refreshing. I felt nervous. Me? Nervous? To meet my own husband downstairs! Wow! Times had changed.  I slipped the dress on and looked at myself in the mirror. It looked stunning. I looked at the necklace and felt myself filling up with tears. He'd gone to so much effort for this lovely weekend away and I'd been treated like a princess.  I put on my plain black heels and took my bag, got the room key and made my way downstairs. I was walking downstairs when I saw Richard. He looked at me.. "Well... you look stunning." He came over and kissed me. We walked over to the lock bridge.. it looked and sounded so peaceful at night time. "This looks so beautiful." He took my hand and stroked it. "You look more beautiful." I stroked his face and kissed him back.

He then took out the lock and a marker pen.. a smile spread across my face. "Are we doing what I think we are doing?" He nodded. "Yes we are darling." He took the lock and gave me the pen. I wrote a little saying on it...

When you find someone special... and you've been through a lot and they make you extremely happy when you've been hurt by someone who you thought was going to be special to you as a friend or something more.. you have to realise, there is more happiness out there. You just have to be patient, learn to love yourself and let people in and not be afraid of meeting new people. X. You mean the world to me Richard. Xxx. You're my life.

He took my hand and kissed me. We then placed our arms around each other and looked towards the view that was out towards the river.
