Chapter 3~The Test For Teams

~Baby's POV~

  After the first week of school, I got familiar with my class. There were my one and only friend Naruto, a stuck-up brat, Sasuke, the two fangirls, Sakura and Ino, the shy and polite girl, Hinata, a creepy bug boy, Shino, the flirtatious dog boy, Kiba, and his pup, Akamaru, the lazy but smart kid, Shikamaru, and his foody friend, Choji.

  Iruka-sensei said that tomorrow we would have to pass a test to be put in a team. I really hope I get put on a team with Naruto. I've spent every day this past week with him. He's so kind, and sweet, and so adorable!

  Every night from 12:00 to 6:00, I've been forced to transform. And during that time I can't change back no matter what. But I did learn something. I went out training one day and I tried to transform. I thought of my body being covered in metal and it worked. My body grows metal out of my skin and I get slightly taller but not much bulkier.

  When I'm transformed, I'm invincible. The Hokage trains me when I'm not at the academy. He knows about me transforming. While training, he asked me to transform so he could test something.

  When I transformed, he threw all kinds of weapons at me. But the last was the most amazing. He created a huge, and when I say huge I mean HUGE, sword and swung it at me. I excepted it to bounce off like all the others, but I was wrong.

  No. Instead of it bouncing off, it snapped in half. In half! How cool is that?! So after many tests, the Hokage and I came to a conclusion. And that conclusion was that I am invincible!

  As I am in my animatronic form, I am stronger, faster, and can do any jutsu ever created. I was warned of the Akatsuki and Orochimaru. If they fund out about me, it could mean danger.

  We that a rundown on everything. I was told by Kakashi that the test tomorrow was the clone just. The Hokage did a test to see what my levels are.

 So yeah, I'm pretty awesome, but I guess being animatronic is a disadvantage. They don't know that. I started to walk around the village. I still get strange looks from people, but it's not as bad as when I first showed up. I was headed home from training with Hokage when I saw Naruto running towards me and a group of boys chasing him. In their hands were kunai knives.

  Naruto ran pass me, but when he saw me he turned back around and hide behind me. "Hey Naruto, what's wrong?" I asked. "Those boys said they're gonna kill me," he said scared. "Not on my watch, I won't let my friends get hurt," I reassured him. He smiled at me.

  The boys walked up to me and Naruto. "Aw look, the demon is hiding behind a girl," one of them teased, let's call him Bob. "Yeah, maybe we should get rid of them both," another said, his name is Joe. I giggled darkly. "You think you can hurt me?" I asked them. "Yeah. You look like an academy punk to me," Joe said. I laughed. "I am the furthest thing from punk," I said darkly.

  I saw one of them shudder in the presence of such a dark aura. "Dude we need to leave," the smart one said, his name is Larry. "Are you scared of a kid?" Bob asked. The other nodded. "Coward," Joe said. "Whatever, I'm leaving," Larry said and left. "Ha, We don't need him," Bob said. "Are you done bickering?" I asked. Joe and Bob both growled and lunged at me.

  I did a backflip and landed on my feet behind Naruto. When Naruto realized this, he moved because Bob charged after me again. I charged to him and jumped over him. Then I chopped at his neck. He passed out. Must have hit a nerve, I thought. Joe look scared out of his wits. "I suggest you run away before I give you the worst treatment," I threatened. He nodded frantically and ran away.

  I turned around to look at Naruto but was bombarded with a hug. I soon realized it was just Naruto. Giggling, I hugged him back. "Thank you, Baby," Naruto said. "You're welcome, Naruto!" I said. "Well, I have to go home and sleep. I mean, We have the test for teams tomorrow," Naruto said. "I'll see you tomorrow morning Naruto!" I said waving goodbye. "Bye Baby!" he yelled running away. I laughed and walked to Kakashi's house.

  I entered the door and saw Kakashi sitting on the couch reading his dirty books. "Baby is that you?" he called out, nor prying his eyes away from his book. "Yes!" I answered. "Dinner is on the counter," he said. I looked and saw a bowl of beef and rice. "Thank you," I said even though I wouldn't eat it. I walked to the trash can and dumped the food into it. After that, I walked to my room and laid down waiting for tomorrow to come.

 ~TIME SKIP TO THE MORRNING~

  I woke up to the sun shining on my face. I stood up and walked downstairs. "Good morning Baby," Kakashi said. "Morning," I said as I stretched my creaking gears. After ten minutes, I walked to the academy. On the way, I saw Naruto. I sped up to catch him. When I reached him, I jumped onto his shoulders with my arms around his neck.

    "Hiya Naruto," I giggled. Once he saw it was me, he started to laugh. "Hi Baby," he said with a rosy blush on his cheeks. I let go of his neck and got back on my feet. "Are you excited for the test?" he asked. "Yeah! I know I'm gonna pass!" I said with enthusiasm. "What about you?" I asked. He looked down. "I don't know. I never pass," he said sadly. It ached my metaphorical heart to see him sad.

  I looked at him. "What do you have trouble with?" I asked. "It's always the clone jutsu," he said. I know about the nine-tails thing. The Hokage told me about it. "I can help you," I said. "How?" he asked. "I can create a clone for you," I said. "What?" he asked. "I'll send you a signal that I'll make a clone and you make it look like you did it," I explained.

   "No."

   "What? Why?" I asked bewildered. "I don't want you to get in trouble," he said. "Okay...if you say so," I reluctantly said and we continued to walk to the Academy in silence.

  We walked into class and sat in our seats. Each Kid was called out to take the test. Soon I was called out. "Good luck Baby," Naruto said as I walked out. I was lead to a room with two me. One was Iruka-sensei and one was a man I didn't know. He had an aura that caused me to stand on edge.

   "Hello Baby, Are you ready for the test?" Iruka asked. I nodded. "Okay you may begin," Iruka said. I didn't even do hand signs. I just created a clone of myself. The two men's eyes widened. I laughed at their reactions. "Okay Baby here is your headband," Iruka said. "Do you have a red one?" I asked. He nodded and handed me a red one. I said thank you and put the headband on my upper arm.

  I walked out of the room, said goodbye to Naruto, and walked home. Today was a long day I just wanted to sleep. Well, I guess we will find out what team we will be on tomorrow.
