Naruto's P.O.V.

The words she spoke brought joy to my heart and butterflies decided to hibernate to my stomach. A blush began to appear on both of our faces. "You-" I began, nervous, "you do?"

She nodded and placed a tender kiss on my lips then on every spot on my neck. The treatment she did on my neck prior defiantly left hickeys. Her face then appeared before mine again and she smiled brightly.

It's the widest she's ever smiled. "Do I make you that happy, Baby?~" She blushed profoundly and nodded. I then brought her closer and hugged her to my chest. "We should probably head back," she suggested and pulled away from me.

I missed the contact with her but knew she was right. We quickly left the tree then headed back to the house. It had turned dark since I had left dinner to find Baby. How long were we sitting there?

Once we reached the house, most of the lights have been turned off so I was guessing everyone was getting ready for bed. Baby and I silently entered the house and began to creep upstairs. Before we could make it, the clearing of a voice stopped us.

Turning around, we saw Kakashi-sensei standing at the bottom of the stairs. "Do you two know how late it is?" He asked, authority clear in his voice. We stayed silent.

Sighing he motioned his hand for us to get upstairs. We quickly did as told. Baby stopped at her and Sakura's room but turned back to me. She leaned in and pecked my cheek.

"Goodnight Naru~"

Smirking, she made her way into the room. I, on the other hand, stood starstruck before carrying the facial expression with me into mine and Sasuke's room. She is perfect.

Naruto walked into the room as I sat on my bed and read. He had this dumb expression and was smiling like a goof. "What's up with you?" I asked and put my book down, saving my page of course.

Naruto looked at me and smiled even wider. "Oh man! You won't believe it!" He exclaimed. I gave him a confused look and let him continue. "Baby. She kissed me! I mean it's not like we haven't kissed before but this. This was something else."

Naruto continued to rant about Baby while I simply began to ignore him. Eventually, he fell asleep, mumbling, but asleep. Looking at the clock, I could read the time as '11:50'.

It was late, but I could still hear the movements of someone. Could be a break in, I thought and quietly crawled out of bed. Shuffles of feet sounded outside of my room. Once I made my way out of my room, I could see a figure walk down the stairs.

Following, I watched the person make their way outside the house. They didn't stop until we reached the deep woods. Once they stopped, I was given time to see who it was.

Their red hair in pigtails and circus-like clothes were a dead give away. Baby. "Sasuke, you should leave," she spoke, startling me. I came out of my hiding spot, which was a tree, and walked out to in front of her. He body shook violently.

I shook my head, refusing to leave her alone in the wood and midnight. "You don't understand," she began, "you need to leave me. I'll be fine." Her words were strained and pained. His body continued to shake.

I became worried as she fell to her knees. What is happening?

Baby's P.O.V.

He didn't understand. He had to leave before he saw the monster I really was. The bulky, metal encased monster. My body shook and expanded.

Soon enough, I was in my original form. I peaked up and Sasuke was looking at me. I expected fear, but instead, I saw amazement. "Cool," he whispered and walked closer to me. I looked in disbelief. He thought I was....cool?

Once standing directly in front of me, Sasuke reaches his pale hand out. He brushed his fingertips across my metal surface and giggled. It was weird hearing such a joyful sound escape him but, nonetheless, it brought a smile to my face. I had finally found people who accept me.

I could say, without a doubt, Naruto and Sasuke were the most important to me. I love Naruto more than a friend and Sasuke is like Michael, a big brother. I laughed as well and picked his now small body up into a hug.

I spun him around and threw him into the air. I caught him before hugging him again. After setting him down, I crouched to his level, as I was now over seven feet tall. "Thank you, Sasuke. You have no idea how much your acceptance means to me."

Sasuke and I spent the rest of the night talking, training, and eventually sleeping. Sasuke made his way back to the house while I proper myself up onto a tree. Knowing I could turn to Naruto and now Sasuke put me to sleep soundly.

|The Next Morning|

I awoke still leaned against the tree trunk as before. The blue sky hung above with fluffy, white clouds passing by. I walked my way back to the house to find Tsunami and Sakura cooking with Kakashi and Sasuke waiting by the table.

Once the front door closed, all attention flew to me. Sakura was the first to ask questions. "Where have you been this morning, Baby? I woke up and you were gone," she walked to me with a suspicious look on her face.

Behind her, snickers rang out and I could see Sasuke getting a kick out of this. I glared before focusing back on Sakura. "Uh," I began to make an excuse, "I went for some early training. It beautiful out and I didn't want to wait around doing nothing while you all slept."

That was good.

And everyone else thought so too as they believed me. Except for Sasuke. The cheeky idiot knew exactly what happened. I'll show him what for. Laughing at me like that. I grumbled and sat at the table with the boys.

That was a mistake. I looked around. "Where is Naru?" I asked and looked back towards the room. Kakashi was the first to answer. "Still passed out. He was late doing who knows what. What were you two doing out so late together?" He asked with a smirk.

Sasuke had the same smirk. They are in cahoots with each other! Sakura turned around and gave me a sly look. Sasuke then opened his stupid mouth.

"They were smooching!"

I shot up and pointed at him. "NO ONE ASKED YOU!" This was the last straw for his laughter. It broke loose as he fell back in hysteria and clenching his stomach. I wanted to be angry with him, but I just couldn't. Seeing him so joyful was giving me good thought.

Even if his humor is caused by my suffering...

All the noise we were causing seemed to have awoken the beast. I mean that as Naruto came stumbling into the kitchen still half asleep. "What's with all the racket?" He asked and sat beside me at the table.

Resting his head on my shoulder, Naruto cuddled up to me with a slight smile. I could help but smile back. Then the peaceful moment was once again ruined by the other two boys on our team.

"Naruto," Kakashi called only for Sasuke to finish, "is that a hickey?"

Cahoots! With that, I stood up and pounced on Sasuke. Tackling him to the floor, we wrestled with cheeky grind until Kakashi broke us up and separated us.

"I blame you for all of this, Sasuke," I said and stuck my tongue out at him. He did the same back. What an eventful morning...
