"Daniel, wake up, you have to get dressed for school."
"Mom, I don't want to have PE today. We might play some ball sport and I can't. My finger got stuck in a door, remember?"
"Five days ago."
"But they still hurt."
"Ok, fine, I'll choose something else for you to wear."
"Thanks, love you."
My first class was Maths. My test didn't go that well, but I could get a 59% or higher. Then, the teacher said the grades of the students, but she didn't say mine. Some people were talking to the teacher to know their grades, and I looked at a paper where they were written down. I saw that one poor idiot had a 39%. Looks like I was that idiot. A fucking 39%. That was my worst grade ever. I was very disappointed at myself.
I didn't do the PE class and I just stood there, watching other people having the class. While the teacher wasn't watching, I checked my Chemistry mark: 90%
That was great.
In the middle of the class, Jack sat next to me. We had a great time and we even created a new ship. But as the time passed by, I only thought that when the class was over, it would look like we didn't know each other and he would just go back to his friends. It really felt like we were drifting apart.
I had a test later, so I had to buy a test paper. When I was on my way, Harry appeared. I hadn't talked to him since the day he vomited at school (seven days ago).
"I'm telling him everything."
"What are you talking about?"
"Todd. I swore for my mother's life that I would tell him who I loved."
"You can't!"
"But I..."
"I don't care if you swore, please, don't tell him."
"It would be so cool if you pushed me down this stairs to keep my mouth shut."
"Fuck you. Tell him. But you won't tell anything else."
"Ok, I promise."
I found Jack and told him that Harry was coming out. He didn't even listen to me, it almost looked that I was being ignored. Maybe I was right and we were drifting apart.
In the ride home, my brother just mocked me because Harry loved me. I didn't know if he still did, I thought that we were drifting apart.
