The only person that was there when I arrived to school was Harry, and as almost always, he had a perfect timing. We were really happy, because that day was the end of the school year. When it ended, we would officially be on summer vacation. We didn't really do anything during the day, we just played card games during the whole day. But I was sad about two things. The first one was that Josh, the person who made almost every class funny, wasn't going to be here in the next year. But the second one really got to me. You know who would might leave our school too? Mary. She didn't like it there anymore, but as selfish as this sounds, I wanted her to stay. We had our last ITC class of the year, and our last class, so everyone was really hyped because summer had started. I didn't gave Mary a proper goodbye, because we were still meeting on that day.
Lewis, the guy who sat next to me in class, decided to reserve a table for our whole class to have a dinner. The best part about it was that our whole class was there together. The food was very good, and when everyone finished, we payed for it and went for a walk. We stopped at a park, by the river, and we just threw each other to the grass. It was really great. But then, the time that I most feared arrived. It was time to go. I was Jack's ride home, so he had to come with me. And it was then that a horrible thought went through my mind. That could be the last time I saw Mary. I have known her since forever, and now it could be the time to let her go.
When I found Mary, I hugged her tightly, not wanting to let go.
"This may be the last time I see you." I whispered in her year, holding back my tears. "I feel like crying right now."
"Hey, don't be sad. This might not be the last time we see each other, I might not even get out of that school."
"But if you do, I just want you to know that I'll miss you." I said, letting her go.
I said goodbye to a bunch of people, hugged Alfred, and left, with Jack.
As we went all the way back to the restaurant, we just talked about how Mary was crucial for how we were at the moment, and we just started saying how we would miss her. I really liked talking to him, I could say whatever was going through my mind and I just loved it. In the way to Jack's home, we talked about the best and worse moments of Polarize. For me, the worst moments were my fight with Harry, and the best were the breaks that we spent together, when we had nothing to worry about. Jack's favorite moments were our breaks together with the gang, and his worse moments were the lack of Jonnor.
Then we started to talk about our future, and I told him that I was considering an acting career. He told me that he had already thought about it too. As we kept talking, time passed by really quickly, and when I noticed, we had already arrived at Jack's place. Jack's dad came downstairs to pick him up, and through the car window, I saw Jack walking inside his house.
I feel like this is the end of something. Not of the school year, something else. But what is it? I guess that we're going to wait to find out.Five chapters in a day! I was only planning on writing two, but I felt inspired. I'm sorry because of the lack of detail, but I'm really tired right now.
