Chapter 4
(Katniss's POV)
I can't believe my kids know about Peeta's mutt mode. I'm going to yell at Haymitch the next time I see him again. I look at Peeta and he looks shock.
"How did it happen?" Rory asks. "Well um.... it's a long story but we can't tell you until your older." Peeta says. "Alright but to give you a heads up we're watching." Rue says. After she says that they all leave.
I don't want my kids to know about his mutt mode, why can't they just leave it alone? This is going to mess up the family.
Peeta runs upstairs and onto our bed. I sit on the edge of the bed and said "Peeta it's going to be okay. They'll understand." He looks at me with tears in his eyes. I hate seeing Peeta cry, it makes me feel heartbroken. "What if they don't? What will happen then Katniss? I'm sure they're not just gonna let it fly." Peeta says crying.
"It's a risk to take Peeta." I tell him. I change my clothes so I can go to sleep. When I get into the bed, I lay my head on Peeta's chest. He kisses the top and says "I love you Katniss." I blush and said "I love you too." Then we both fell in a deep sleep.
