(Katniss's POV)
Snow's granddaughter is back?!?! Once Anna said that, I burst into tears then Peeta comes and comforts me. I hug him tightly crying into his shirt.
Rue gasps "You made mom cry." she says to Anna. She responds "No I didn't." Rory comes closer to me to see if I'm crying. "Yes you did." Anna then quickly says "I did not, shut up." I chuckled a little bit. My kids reacted to situations differently, which I found amusing.
"Who is Snow anyways?" Anna asks. "Her grandfather tried to kill me and your mom a bunch of times but, never succeed." Peeta says.
She looks shock from his answer. Who knows what's going on through my kid's heads. "What happened to her grandfather?" Anna asks. "I killed him."I said to her. Their eyes widen in shock. Peeta and I told Rue and Rory about Snow but not how he died.
"Why did you kill him?" Rue asks. "Because he was ruining my life" I said, "and he needed to stop." Everyone glances at each other.
Rory speaks up "So what are you saying? She's coming after us?" Peeta let's go of me and says "I'm afraid so."
"What do we have to do?" Anna asks. "Hold up. We?" says Rue. I glance at Rue. "Rue, it's our problem too and we need to help out." Rory says. "Fine." Rue says. "What do we have to do?" she asks a little annoyed. I don't know what she's complaining about? I mean she didn't get taken.
"Well first, we need to tell Haymitch then, we need to get a little help from others." I say. Everyone agrees.
I walk to Haymitch's house and knocked on the door. When he enters I tell him everything.
(Rue's POV)
I guess I have to go and tell Hunter that his life is in his in danger. Hunter Hawthorne is my boyfriend. Of course our parents don't know because they told us "NEVER DATE A HAWTHORNE." Hunter is only 1 year older than me. But he is kind, sweet, romantic, and funny.
When I arrive to his house I have to enter through his window. If I knock on the front door then it gets slammed in my face. When I knock on Hunter's window he opens it.
He has dark brown eyes and raven hair. He kisses me a 'hello' and let's me inside through his window. He then asks me "What's up?" How do I tell him? I guess I have to try the best I can.
"Hunter, you might not believe me when I say this but, your life is in danger." He looks at me with a confused look. "What are you talking about?" he asks. "President Snow is back and we think she is coming for us."I say. "We? Us?" He still looks confused."Yeah me and my family." I tell him.
"Wait, why am I in danger?" he asks. "Because, Snow usually goes for people that are close to us." I say "I'm just giving you a heads up okay so please be careful."
"I will." Hunter says. When I'm climbing out of the window he grabs my arm and pulls me in for a kiss. I kissed back.
When we pull away he says "I love you." I smile and said "I love you too" back. After that I left.
Now with everything going, I feel like hope..... was just a four lettered word.
