I closed twitter with a smile on my face and journeyed downstairs.

"Jackson?" I called out looking for him, but instead I found my mom.

"Oh sweetie, I actually had your grandma pick him up. She said she needed some quality grandson time." She smiled, "I'm actually about pick up a shift at the diner. Are you going to be okay?"

"I'll be fine, mom."

She went back to work in the kitchen while I went upstairs. I set up all my filming equipment, turned on my camera, and proceeded to film.

"hey guys and welcome or welcome back to my channel. Today I am going to be doing a cover of Free Fallin' by John Mayer. I hope you enjoy."

I started to strum the strings of my guitar getting myself into my own little world.

After finishing the cover, I cleaned up and edited video. I posted a clip to instagram.

I sat on my bed, humming the tune of John Mayer, getting lost in my thoughts.

They were quickly interrupted with several notifications, but one stuck out.

I large grin appeared on my face, as well as tears.

Shawn kept commenting on the post, so I took this over to twitter to dm him.

@okayitstalia; I promise I didn't mean to lie. My brother went to my grandma's house and I didn't want to seem like an over attached crazy fan girl, so I just left you alone to do your own thing. I know your life is busy and I don't want to get in your way, so I did my own thing.

Shawn and I chatted for a little longer before he had to go to the studio.

"I'm leaving for work sweetie!" my mother called from the bottom of the stairs.

"Okay, I love you!" I yelled back to her.

authors note//so this sucked, but I have been writing a lot so I have 2 more chapters going up this week. My wifi is really sucky so I don't know when the rest of these chapters will go up, but hopefully sometime later this week. please comment and vote. love you lovelies.
