''Bye thanks for the ride!'' I said to Paige's mom. ''Anytime!'' she replied. Paige and I ran as fast as we could because of the rain into the big building where our gymnastics meet was going to be held. Inside everyone was stretching. We found our team next to the Uneven bars. My coach Ashley was spotting one of my team members on her dismount on the bar. Caitlyn (the girl on the bars) was good except for her giants, her legs were pretty bent. ''Laura, your turn.'' said Ashley. I did a kip onto the bar then a back hipcircle, after that I lunged onto the high bar. ''Focus on the catch!'' yelled Ashley. My arms extended, grabbing the high bar. I did a handstand then switched my hands around so I faced the other way then, I started to do my giants. Once around. Twice. Three. Four. Five! Now was the hardest part, my flyaway.
I landed almost perfect but I stepped back once. ''If the meet had actually started, that would've been minus 00.05 points!'' said Ashley. ''Sorry, I guess.'' I mumbled. Ashley gave me the evil eye and then helped another girl on the bar.
