Finally! Today was my day off. I had gymnastics every other day but Sunday. I was really excited that I could do whatever I wanted, well except eat junk food. I can't eat junk food because my gym works really hard and if I eat junk food I'll be out of fit and my mom doesn't let me either for the same reason. I was staring at a bag of potato chips. I really really wanted to just taste one I knew those chips were for my sisters though. Instead I opened the fridge and started eating a carrot :( . "Laura, come upstairs I need to talk to you!" Shouted my mom. OK coming!!!
My friend is having a baby shower and I was wondering if well, if you could babysit Lea it's only going to be 3 hours. On my day off!!! "I told you, it is going to be three hours you still have the rest of the day to yourself!" She said. "I will if you let me eat those potato chips!" I said. "Not a chance!" Mom said. Uggg fine! Only three hours, you promise me?"I promise!" said mom as she walked out the door.
Lea was still sleeping, so I still had a little time to FaceTime Paige.
"Hey Paige!" I said when she answered. "Hey, what's up?" She replied. We talked about our new leotards, junk food, everything you could think of. Then I heard Lea crying. Paige I have to go Lea woke up from her nap. "Ok see ya later." she said.I got Lea out of her crib and carried her downstairs to get her something to eat. I fed her some cut up strawberries and Cheerios.
After three hours of taking care of Lea, mom came home and told me Paige was coming over.
