Most parents wouldn't believe their children when they say, "Can I go to a party? Promise I won't drink." But Sarah Ruth's dad did. He trusted her, not once in her life has Sarah Ruth gave her father a reason to not have trust. Her dad was hesitant at first, Sarah Ruth had never gone to a party and didn't really know what to expect, but ended up saying yes because Corey was going. Dads are protective of their daughters, especially when it comes to their love life.

But he liked Corey; he liked him a lot actually. The way Corey always put a smile on Sarah Ruth's face even when she was in the worst's of moods made him know that Corey was right for his daughter.

Sarah Ruth was completely surprised when he said yes; but was thankful he did say yes. Her nerves were sky rocketing the few hours before the party. Corey didn't like that she was going, the thought of Missy embarrassing her in anyway was enough to make him want to cry. She knew that something was going to happen, she isn't that clueless.

There's a loud knock on Sarah Ruth's window, making the nervous girl jump slightly. She knows it's Corey, so she tries her best to hide all the nerves running within. There's a fake smile on both of their faces as the glass window is getting slid open. Corey hops in and wastes no time to say something, "Maybe we should stay home and watch a movie, and cuddle. Cuddling sound good. Doesn't it?" A giggle comes from her mouth, thinking he's only joking. But Corey is completely serious.

"I'm not backing out." He was afraid she'd say that. "I don't know what to wear," she whines. Corey hops up and scans the clothes in her closet, "This tight ripped jeans and whatever colored tanktop." She looks at his blue eyes at they squint it concentration. "You're staring at me, Sarah Ruth." Her face immediately turns a light shade of pink.

Corey laughs and pulls her into a tight hug, "As much as I'd rather stay here and hug you the rest of the night, you want to go to a party." He pulls away and she gets goosebumps on her arms from the loss. "Turn around, I need to change." He does as he's told. Something he's noticed about Sarah Ruth is that she's a quick changer, clothes wise.

"Done." His eyes scan her body before swallowing a lump formed in his throat. Corey has always thought Sarah Ruth was pretty, and he wonders why other boys don't think that. She's better looking than most girls at their school, maybe it's because she's quiet. Always likes to keep to herself. "Now you're starring," she says, a smile dominating her face. "I can't help it." "Neither could I." Both of their faces turn red.

She pulls chucks onto her feet before brushing her hair. Corey laughs as Sarah Ruth groans since her hair is so tangled. She finally gets done, sighing in relief. He picks her up by the waist and drags her downstairs, "You're the definition of weird Corey Haim."

"Bye dad!" "Bye Sarah Ruth." Corey holds onto Sarah Ruth's hand as they walk to his drive way, "we're taking my moms car." She hops in the passenger side while Corey starts the car. The ride is short, but it consisted of the two love birds singing and dancing to songs on the radio. The house is big, and all that can be heard is the blaring do music that Sarah Ruth can't stand. Second thoughts spill in, but she pushes them aside.

The look on both their faces is full of second thoughts. "Sarah Ruth, prepare yourself. Not just for the drunk crazy teenagers, but Missy too. She's going to embarrass you, one way or another. That's the only reason she invited you." Corey knows he couldn't be that blunt, but he also knew that he needed to be. She sighs knowing he's right, but stays silent.

Weed, alcohol, sweat, and so many other smells smack Sarah Ruth in the face when she walks through that front door. "Yuck," she says a little too loudly causing few to stare. Corey giggles in amusement. "You'll get used to it," Corey says honestly. He wraps his arm around her waist, pulling the fragile girl close.

Butterflies erupt in Sarah Ruth's stomach. He keeps her close, not risking one of them wondering off. The air seems to close in when Missy approaches them with a huge, yet so fake, smile. "So glad that you two could make it! Mind following me?" His grip on her waist seems to tighten. They don't want to, but soon they're following Missy upstairs to play a game.

About ten other teenagers are in the room Sarah Ruth and Corey are led into. And the fact they're sitting in a perfect circle with room for the three of them is pretty creepy in Sarah Ruth's eyes. "Take a seat," Missy orders, and they do. Making sure to stay right next to each other. Missy sits down with he same scary smile on her face.

"Okay, so we're going to be playing truth or dare. And you get one pass if you really don't want to do something. Lastly, you can't ask them to do or say the same thing twice." Some weight, not a lot, is lifted off Sarah Ruth's shoulders at the thought of a pass. "I'll go first," Missy declares.

Her eyes shift around the circle, and Sarah Ruth follows her gaze. "Asher, truth or dare." The bleach blond headed boy shrugs his shoulders, "Truth." She bites her lip, and a pit is formed in Sarah Ruth's stomach. Corey is down right about to shit himself, but doing good at hiding it. He's been in the circle before, the ending wasn't pretty. "How big is your dick?"

Sarah Ruth chokes on air, making a few eyes shift to her. She starts coughing, and Corey pulls her into his side. The question completely surprised by Missy's question. "Wouldn't you know?" Asher says with a smirk. Everyone gasps and giggles a bit, including Sarah Ruth. "Just answer." "7 inches, okay my turn to ask."

His eyes stay on Missy, "Truth or dare." "Dare." Somehow Sarah Ruth is pretty sure everyone knew she was going to say that. Another smirk comes onto Asher's face, "Take off that damn shirt." She giggles and strips of he loose crop top. Corey looks down at the ground, having no desire to see Missy without a shirt. Sarah Ruth scrunches up her face in complete annoyance. "Corey, truth or dare." His head snaps up to meet with Missy's mean eyes. "Truth." "Do you miss me?" Corey looks at her like she's stupid, "No, I don't miss you. Truth or dare." Sarah Ruth wonders why they go back to Missy.

"Dare." "I dare you to put your shirt back on." A few laughs come within the group and she smirks, "pass." He scoffs. "Sarah Ruth, truth or dare." It gets quiet. And Corey's stomach just drops, so does Sarah Ruth's. "T-Truth," she stutters. "Are you a virgin?"

Corey tenses his jaw as Sarah Ruth's eyes get wide. She takes a deep breath, "Yes, I am." There's a few whispers and light giggles. "Sorry that no one finds you attractive," Missy shrugs her shoulders. "Or, I just know how to keep my legs shut." Gasps come from the circle of teenagers. Corey smirks at what she said. Missy isn't sure what to say back so instead she says, "Leave." The two stand up, leaving the room.

As soon as the door is closed behind them, Corey wastes no time to kiss Sarah Ruth. One hand on her lower back as the other one pushes her head deeper into the kiss. When he pulls away Sarah Ruth is a bit stunned, "What was that for?" He smiles and pecks her on the lips.

"For you being you."
