Cassie's P.O.V
I woke up and sat up groggily and found Drave by my side.
"Are you okay?" he asked concerned.
"Uh-huh," I choked the words out,"Where are we?"
"In Radon," he said.
I looked around the gigantic room. A huge chandelier hung in the middle like the one at Maddie's place and different inscriptions lined the edge of the walls, like a different language. The walls were beige and cream and the room itself looked very masculine, well from what I could make out anyways. The furniture in the room was covered with white cloth like it hadn't been used in years. Cobwebs, yeah spiders are on an intergalactic planet too, lined the ceilings and dust caked every inch of the room.
I was snapped out of my thoughts by Drave asking if I was okay.
"Yeah," I'm fine, I lied. I was so distracted by the place I didn't realize the throbbing pain in my head and the aching all over my body.
Drave smiled a little, but still looked worried.
I was going to ask him if the others were all right but someone cut me off.
An oldish looking woman came in to the room calling, wait, no, she was shouting Drave's name.
"Drave!" the woman shouted.
Drave sighed and got up before saying,"I'll be right back."
He directed the woman outside but she saw me up and said disappointed might I add,"You're up."
Drave came up to her and whispered something in to her ear but she waved him off.
"I would like to speak to Lyris alone," the woman told Drave.
"But..." Drave started but was instantly cut off by this mystery woman.
"I will speak to her alone Drave." And Drave was gone.
The woman stood by my bedside and looked me over with utter disgust on her face like I was gum she stepped on by accident.
"Lyris," she said.
"Yeah."
"Why are you here?" she asked her voice dropping down to a whisper.
Yeah, okay, this woman is starting to scare me. Her voice sounded deadly like one wrong move and then you get executed or something.
"Um, to be honest I don't exactly know," I replied casually.
The woman grinned like one of those real super evil grins you'll find a villain doing in a comic book,"You are here Lyris, to stop a war and I do not think you are capable of doing that. You fight a couple of Vatlans and you find yourself unconscious. You are no saviour, not of this planet. I do not know what my sons see in you, to look up to someone younger than them and weaker than them. You may have been born here but you are no child of Radon." I flinched at her tone.
So she was Drave and Druim's mother, thank goodness she isn't my mother. That would've been some difficult times ahead of me.
"Well, to be honest, seeing I only knew Radon existed only a few hours ago. I don't exactly consider myself a child of Radon," I told her unsure of what again to say.
She smirked that evil smirk again. Whose side is she own here because it is NOT mine.
"Good," and she walked out of the room leaving me with my mouth hanging wide open leaving me with a sense of understanding that SHE IS EVIL.

Drave's P.O.V
My mother walked out of the room hurriedly with a big smirk on her face. What was that about? I walked into the room only to see a stunned Cassie or Lyris, I still wasn't sure what to call her, and I instantly realized what the smirk was about. She kind of did a little mini torture session or question and answer session with Lyris. Okay, maybe I do know what to call her.
"Are you okay?" I asked Lyris as I walked up to her bedside.
"Thank goodness that woman is not my mother or I would have been in some serious problems," Cassie told me.
Well, about that Cass.
"Thank goodness," I lied,"You know that she's not your mother and stuff."
I mean I should tell Lyris that you know I'm her brother and that's really her mother. I honestly don't know why exactly I'm hiding that. But I should probably tell her before she hears it from someone else but I wasn't planning to do that now.
Cassie or Lyris sighed, I seriously don't know what to call her not even in my mind.
"So, that conversation went well with my mother."
"You have no idea," Lyris told me.
"Are you okay?" I asked her.
I just noticed how exhausted she looked. She's still drained from using her power, obviously.
"Where are the others?" Cassie asked.
"They're somewhere," I told her, "They've been away from home for a while."
I couldn't believe it had been fifteen years since I'd last been in this room, my room. How everything just changed that day. The question still rung in my mind, if my mother was the one who was the traitor but it could be my father or it could be the both of them. Who knows? Well obviously they know.
I looked at Cassie and remembered all the times I had practically stalked her when she was growing up, protecting her from everything. I made a promise to myself that day, that though matter what happens, she'll be safe whether or not she's protecting the universe or not.
Lyris and I just stared at each other awkwardly for a moment. I was kind of a jerk to her the first time we met.
"This war, that I'm supposed to fight," Cassie said purposely avoiding eye contact I'm guessing, "Do you think I have any chance at winning it and protecting the universe or whatever. I feel like I could barely protect myself far less the universe."
I smiled at her, "You'll do just fine."
"But if that doesn't happen..."
"Listen Cassie, if you're worried about not being able to control your powers or something, you still have about five years to learn, how to control them and for what it's worth, I'm here by your side, always."
Lyris studied me for a second,"That is actually worth a lot."
A smile tugged at my lips, I think she's warming up to me.
