Cassie's P.O.V
I was deep in thought about the Vatlans and the war and everything wrong with my life when Drave came up to me looking extremely nervous. I never thought he was capable of that expression.
"What's up?" I asked him.
He cleared his throat, "Cassie there is something I have to tell you."
"What?" I asked.
"Well, you know how your from Radon and I'm from Radon," he said.
I nodded my head, getting confused.
"Sometimes, people who are from the same planet...Well they're usually close. You know like close as in friendships or relation."
"Yeah and," I said getting confused more and more by the minute.
"So...." he was cut off by Maddie.
"You guys need to see this," she said.
We quickly ran to where Druim was standing, his mouth hanging wide open.
In front of us was the nicest planet I ever saw, well technically it was the only planet I ever saw but it was still really nice.
It wasn't big but neither was it extremely small, it was the size of earth.
A warm shade of orange and emerald occupied where is normally green and blue on the surface of the earth. A warm yellow gently touched the circumference of the planet like an aura.
Unlike Radon which was dark, damp and cold this planet was warm, peaceful and happy.
As if reading my thoughts Drave interrupted my train of thoughts, "Radon used to be a lot lime this before the Vatlans attacked. We never recovered from that attack fifteen hears ago."
That makes sense much more sense than my theory anyways. I thought the planet adapted to the ruling party's (the queen in this case) attitude towards life and everyone else.
We eventually landed on the surface of the planet and I couldn't help admire how beautiful and different everything was.
The sun shone warm yellow rays of light that gently caressed your face, the buildings were tall and made of tinted glass but the thing was the buildings acted like a prism. When the light rays shone on the buildings, a multitude of colours bounced off and since the building were close together it looked like they were connected. So basically it was as if multicoloured stars were in between every building.
The air was clean and fresh and the streets didn't feel chaotic despite the large amount of people buzzing up and down. The streets were clean from what I could see and everyone here looked as if they had regular people problems like what to wear to work today or there's no gas in the car.
The people looked normal as in they looked like regular human beings not something out of a science fiction film.
"We're going there," Drave said pointing to the middle of what I could only describe as city.
The palace was the heart of the city. You could tell by just looking at it. Surrounding it was orange bushes and trees, now that I think about it all the plants and trees were either orange or yellow. The palace was the highest structure and looked as if it were made out of real silver. It was amazing.
We continued walking in the direction of the palace and the deeper we went in to to the city, the more beautiful it got but eventually Drave just had to interrupt my daydream of roaming these streets.
"Wait here," he told us.
Okay was it me or did Drave have this kind of I don't know anxious look on his face as if he wasn't sure if the guards would let him in but after a few conversing words and the guards stealing a quick glances at each other then at us, they apparently decided to let us in because Drave came back with a big smile on his face.
