Farkle - Alright guys. Smackle and I are going to knock out. You guys can sleep.. wherever I really don't care.
Zay - Use protection
Smackle - use super glue, to shut your mouth
They all share a laugh together
Farkle - Goodnight
Farkle and Smackle head to Farkles room while Zay, Riley, Maya, and Lucas head inside and lay on the couches in the living room. They decide to watch The Dark Knight. Zay picked the movie.
Zay - So. The dance is coming up. Are we all going?
Maya - I'm down to go. It would be fun.
Lucas - Yeah they usually are when we're all together
Zay - Smackle and Farkle are going to go together. Does that mean that we have to get dates too?
Maya - Well. If someone asks us, then we can't say no right?
Zay - Are you hinting to someone to ask you?
Maya - No. I'm just saying that if someone were to ask me, I would think about it
Riley - Well, no ones going to ask me so I guess I'll just go solo, if you all have dates.
Lucas - We can go together
Lucas - We can all go together. No dates. Just us four.
Zay - That sounds good.
Time passes, they're still watching the movie and just hanging out. None of them seem to be tired
Lucas - I'm not tired at all.
Riley - I am, it's 4 am.
Zay - You know, we've only been into Farkles room. This place does have like 30 rooms in it.
Maya - Why don't we go and explore?
Riley - I don't know guys, that's invading someone's personal space.
Maya - Its not like Farkles going to know, him and Smackle are probably sleeping by now.
Riley - What if we get lost.
Maya - Riley it's a house, not a maze.
Riley - Well it might as well be a maze. I get lost going to the bathroom every time!
Maya - Are you coming or are you going to sleep?
Riley - Fine. I'll come but only to keep you three out of trouble.
They walk around for a while. Riley and Maya seem to have gotten lost. Zay and Lucas stayed together.
Lucas - How did we get lost so fast? And how did the girls end up separating from us?
Zay - Hey man, can I ask you a question
Lucas - shoot
Zay - How do you really feel about Maya?
Lucas - What do you mean?
Zay - Do you see her as a friend or more of a friend?
Lucas - I don't know. I never really saw Maya as someone I would date.
Zay - You dated her after the whole Texas thing.
Lucas - Yeah because I didn't want to say no and hurt her feelings
Zay - What about Riley?
Lucas - Riley. She's, she's great. You know that I've had feelings for her since I met her. Deep feelings.
Zay - So what happened?
Lucas - After Texas happened, it was never the same. My feelings are still there for her, but I don't think she feels the same way.
Zay - If you have feelings for someone you have to tell them, if they feel the same way or not, you gotta tell them. As for Maya, if you don't like her, then don't lead her on.
Maya - Guys. There you are! Wait... Where's Riley?
Lucas - She's not with you?
Maya - Obviously not if I'm asking you where she is, ranger rick.
Zay - She was right, this place is a maze.
Rileys POV
I am so sleepy. Why did you stay up, why didn't you just go to sleep. Who cares if people make fun of you for going to bed at 10. And how can you get lost in a house? How clueless can you get? Wait didn't I pass Farkles room? How did I end up here again? Is that talking I hear? I thought they would be sleeping by now. Why are Smackle and Farkle up? 
Smackle - Farkle, you can't keep living this way, you have to tell someone.
Farkle - I'm fine. I have a home and food. I'm not telling anyone.
Smackle - What are you going to do when you run out of money? What are you going to do if the cops find out. They can take you away Farkle.
Farkle - They are not going to take me away because they are not going to find out.
Smackle - have you talked to them lately?
Farkle - No. they send me money every week, I haven't had a conversation with them.
Smackle - I just. I still can not believe they left you.
Farkle - They didn't leave me, they are on vacation without me for a while.
Back outside Farkles room, Riley is pressed up against the door when...
Lucas - Boo!
Lucas comes up behind Riley scaring her, she quickly realizes she made a noise she's certain that Smackle and Farkle heard. Without hesitation, Riley grabs Maya, Zay, and Lucas and runs back to the living room
Riley - Shhhhh pretend you're sleeping!
Maya - Riley what's...
Riley - Pretend you are sleeping!
Farkle - See I told you no ones awake.
Smackle - I could have sworn I heard someone at the door.
Farkle - Come on let's go to sleep.
Farkle and Smackle head back to bed and fall asleep. Riley peaks her eyes open, and make sure they are gone.
Zay - Okay, what was that about.
Maya - I have never ran so fast in my entire life.
Riley - Guys.
Lucas - Were you eavesdropping on Smackle and Farkle?
Riley - I got lost and I realize that I heard someone talking, so I followed the voice and it led me to Farkles room. I thought that they were asleep so I pressed my ear against the door, and I heard something that I probably shouldn't have.
Zay - What did you hear?
Riley - I don't know if I should say. If we don't know maybe it's because he doesn't want us to know.
Maya - Just tell us.
Riley - If I heard correctly, Farkles parents left him.
Lucas - yeah, they are on vacation.
Riley - No. I mean they LEFT him.
Maya - You mean abandoned him?
Riley shakes her head yes.
