Luke's POV
After running out of Sean's office I send Doc a text.
Me: Your place, car, and office are clear.
Just as I am turning out of the parking lot, I pass a silver BMW. Damn, let's hope he didn't notice me. I start mulling over options. Where would he go next for help? Vic's house isn't that far away, and neither is Gabe's. Nathan's and Kota's he would want to stay away from for the time being. Silas' isn't that far. I'm gonna need help. I can't predict every single move Mr. B will make. So, I call the one person that got me in this mess in the first place. "Luke god damn it! It's too fucking early. This better be important."
"I need your help."
"What the fuck do you need me for?"
"Calling in a favor."
"What do I need to do this time? Sacrifice a goat or something, because I swear to god nothing normal can be going on this early in the fucking morning."
"It's 8 in the morning."
"On the mother fucking weekend."
"Anyway, I need you to recall the go-bags, but only to the seven of us. Leave Doc and Mr. B out of it."
"Why?"
"Season is almost over. You need to restock them anyway."
"It isn't over yet though! The season has not changed, and I worked hard as shit to put that together. Why do I need to redo it? I would rather sacrifice the mother fucking goat then have you guys dressed like shit."
"Relax, you won't have to redo them. I just need them in a good place to snatch what I need from them in a quick fashion."
"Please for the love of all that is holy tell me you aren't doing what I think you're doing?"
"And what would that be?"
"Continuing that mother fucking dare. You're ruining the go-bags Luke!"
"Just do it."
"Fine, but only to see Mr. B's face. He may not even use the go-bags. He may just go out and buy new underwear you know."
"I know, but a prankster's gotta try."
"Fine. You're putting the shit back though." Within seconds of hanging up my phone chirps.
Gabe: Hey fuckers, get your go-bags ready. I have the day off and the shit needs to be replaced. Leave them by the door.
Ah yes, this will go so much easier now.
Owen's POV
I unlock Sean's office and immediately go behind the couch where we keep the stash of bags. Opening mine, again the item is missing, a note in its place. "DOCTOR GREEN!" I curse him out loud, and speak of the devil.
"Owen, you called?" He says as he stands in the doorway with a smirk.
"Where, where are they Dr. Green?"
"Well Owen, I don't know what you're talking about."
"My underwear Dr. Green. Where. Are. They?" I say in a hiss. Giving him my best glare.
"Well, if I knew Owen I would gladly tell you. Unfortunately, I do not." His pager goes off, and with a smirk he is rushing off laughing his goodbye.
I think, I think I may just kill him. I rub my temples and go out to his car. He hasn't left the hospital all morning, so surely that would be the place that he would keep them. Unlocking the purple Honda, Lord knows why he still has the old thing, I open the trunk. Just to find, surprise, the note in place of my boxers. "Just because I was the only reasonable choice on who could do those two tasks, does not mean that I am the only one who could replace such objects." The devil's words come back to me. Then who? Surely not. The boys have learned a very long time ago the consequences. Unless--but which one?
