Chapter 11
Eva has only known about Ashley for a couple of hours and she finally understands all of Iris' "fangirling". Ashley and Eva sat in that plastic slide talking about themselves.
"Favorite color?" Ashley asked.
"Mmmmm, black," Eva answered.
"Favorite book?" she asked him.
"Oh I don't read," he said. Eva was shocked.
"That's preposterous! How do you not read? Are you saying you haven't read a single book series?" Eva asked him. Ashley shook his head.
"Well what's your favorite book?" he asked. Eva sighed.
"It's not that easy-- I like a lot of books. I like the Matched trilogy, Divergent, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Maximum Ride..." She said. Although she knew hundreds more.
Ashley's eyes widened a little. "Favorite band?" he asked.
"Hmmmm... Nirvana or Bring Me The Horizon," she answered. Ashley scoffed and put his hand up.
"Well I for one am somewhat offended," he teased. Eva giggled.
"What about you?" she asked him.
"It's not that easy." He said mocking Eva, "I can't pick a favorite band-- I'm in my favorite band." Eva smirked.
"What's your sign?" He asked.
"Aquarius," Eva said, "what's yours?"
Ashley smiled. "Aquarius." he answered. They sat in that slide and talked about themselves for two hours. Laughing and kissing, Eva loved every second being with Ashley.
