The bath

Alex was back to his normal self. Meaning, he was talkative. However, he seemed
Extremely worried. He did a fairly good job at hiding though. I decided to keep quiet about it. Despite the fact that somewhere inside of me, there was a strong desire to stop him from worrying. I ignored it, as always.
We had made our way to a small maid chamber. Everyone inside lost it when they saw Alex. I was in invisible, duh.
The maids agreed to hide me until I had recovered. I guess they had seen my shoulder injury. To be honest, I had forgotten that it had existed.
I guessed Alex had recovered. He hadn't winced or had trouble moving at all since I had woken up.
The way that they swarmed around me to clean me up was nothing short of something that would happen in a fairytale. They were like bees but with soap and perfume.
Somewhere within it all, they had put me in a bathtub and left me for about an hour. Goodness, after everything I had just been through, the memory I had relived, it felt amazing. My muscles relaxed. I hadn't noticed how much pain my shoulder had been in until this moment. I closed my eyes for once, actually feeling comfortable. I then looked back down at my side. The scar of the pentagram from seven years ago. It was faint but still visible. I hoped nobody had seen it during the swarm of maid-wasps that were getting me into the bath.
My thinking was cut of to the sound of a door closing and heavy footsteps. On a panic, I pressed my entire front up against the side of the tub. Sure, it was the most uncomfortable position imaginable. But, it covered me up. That's when Alex walked it. He had his hand covering up his eyes. The young man was so blind that I had to tell him to stop before he fell in with me.
"Can I talk to you for a moment," he said uncovering his eyes. Why he did that I don't know. It was pretty stupid considering how I hadn't even told him that I was covered up. Good thing I was.
"Sure," I said. Why he chose to ask me a question while in the bathtub instead of waiting for me to get out it not sure. But, considering his impatience, this had to be important. Very important.
