I woke up in my room. Zeera wasn't there. I walked up to the mirror. Ten? I looked ten. A young women entered my room.
"Frost?" She said politely. She looked much like me. But, older and more tired. "It's time to go to church," she said this gleefully.
"Yes, mother," the words just slipped out of my mouth. I wasn't controlling anything. I was just there.
She smiled and started out of the room. I could see something crescent shaped dangling around her neck. I payed no attention to it. She wore it every day.
I got dressed in a fairly formal gown and made my way outside.
"Good morning, little lady," an older man man said to me. He also looked like me. Just a more wrinkled and tired version.
"Good morning, father. How did you sleep?" I smiled. This smile had a similar feeling to the one Alex triggered in the woods.
"Just fine, girly," he went back to reading his news paper.
A few minutes later, we had been in our way to a building with a large cross on it. Nightshade berries seemed to be growing in the back. We went inside and sat on what looked like a large bench.
Somehow I knew exactly what to do. I started praying. In the name of the-I was suddenly greeted by another voice.
What are you doing?
          Praying.
Pfft. Who needs that.?We have a lord.
          Yes, we do. He's God.
No, little lady. You're mistaken. His name is Lucifer. Now when that priest tries to tell you other wise, set him straight. Or, I'll do it.
The voice disappeared and mass started. I did nothing for most of it. Of course, I prayed and did what I normally do at mass. But, half way in, the voice came back.
I said, set him straight. It hissed
No. I believe him.
He's lying to you. He's using mind control. Here, I'll break you out of it.
          Things went black again.
