I woke up and went downstairs. I found my parents talking to each other. They had worried faces on them. Uh-oh. Something terrible must've happened. Whenever one of them have that expression on their face, something was bothering them. They saw me. Then, they turned and looked at each other debating whether they should tell me by using their eyes.

"Guys, stop. I'm here. I'm not 2," I told them.

"Honey, we should tell her." My dad looked at my mum.

"No, we shouldn't."
"Hun, it's time," said dad.
"Take a seat, Seline."

I pulled the chair and sat on it. My hands were on the counter waiting for someone to explain what the hell was going on.

"It's Bradley."

I covered my face with my hands. "Yea, you're right, you shouldn't talk about it." I got the nearby glass and wanted to smash it on the ground but I just didn't have the nerve to do so. I fell to the ground slowly and I bring my knees to my chest and cried. My dad went down and comforted me. "Sweetheart, I know that it wasn't your fault. Don't blame yourself for this." He patted my head. My mum still was on the counter didn't know what to do. Well, what could she do?

"You know what? Follow me, Seline. I'm bringing you to the beach so you can take your mind off things, okay?" My dad got his car keys and opened the door. I got up with my face all damped with tears as I entered the car. I stared outside my window while dad was driving to the beach. The beach was about 5 minutes drive. When we got there, dad said he would be back in a minute. I spotted my usual place whenever I went to the beach but this time, I really wanted to go to the pier and just stare at the ocean. I walked slowly to the pier thinking about what happened to Bradley. The last time I was here when Bradley brought me here for a surprise and this time around, I was here. I took out my sandals and soaked my legs in the water.

"SELINE!"

I turned around. He was everywhere.

"Tomi." "Well, I saw you earlier and thought I might company you," he said it with a cheerful voice. He glanced at me and I guessed he figured something was wrong. "What's wrong?"

"Bradley.." I whispered. "What happened?" "Nothing. I didn't want them to continue so I kinda broke down and besides, you still haven't heard the full story." I kept looking at the horizon while moving my legs in the water. I closed my eyes and breathed in and out. I turned to look at Tomi. "Tomi, I'm not going to make my walls any higher. If you're willing to climb over it, I will try to let you in." Tomi gave a warming smile and said, "Seline, I will climb over your walls if you are willing to wait for me."

"Sweetheart?" I heard my dad voice. "Go. I'll see you tomorrow. Night, Seline." I ran towards my dad with my sandals and walked back to the car.
