I lay in bed, staring at the ceiling whilst running a hand down my stomach.
I didn't know what to think...
I was ecstatic with the fact my best friends where still alive, yet freaked out with the thought of having to give birth to them.
Leatherhead told me they'd be born human, which was a relief as they would be able to live topside, but strange as they would no longer be turtles. I was told they would most likely forget everything about their past live, and I like to think of that as a good thing. It would give them a chance to grow up with a normal childhood, in a different environment.
"Hey Ape." I felt a hand on my back, rubbing soothing circles along my spine. "I know this is hard for you, but I just wanna let you know that I'll be with ya every step of the way."
I smiled slightly, turning to meet Casey's eyes. "Thanks, I would really appreciate that..."
