Aliyahs POV;
I felt Leo's arm wrap around my waist, twirling with my hair,

"What are you doing?" I hissed, only loud enough so he could hear. He sheepishly grinned,

"Playing the game." He winked at me, giving me looks as if to say 'quiet'. I let out a sigh, rolling my eyes.

"So, Mason. What brings you here?" Leo spoke, breaking the silence.

"I wanted to see Ali." Mason said, glaring at Leo. Leo glanced back with a sly smirk on his face, his eyes glistening in mischief.

"Why? I mean - you are with your girlfriend." He shrugged, pointing towards the girl who was sat on his lap, however fluttering her eyes and Leo. Mason glanced down at his 'girlfriend',

"Well I am allowed to see friends if I have a girlfriend." He simply spoke.

"Surely you should be spending time with your girlfriend? I'm spending time with mine." He smiled. I sighed, rolling my eyes at their behaviour.

"According to what I've heard, you 2 aren't together." Mason growled, sending glares at Leo.

"Yep, we are.  Aren't we babe?" Leo winked at me. I looked at Leo in curiosity. What's he trying to play? Masons been my friend for years, I'm not going to lie to him now.

"Well to prove it, go on a double date with us. This Friday." The girl chirped, fiddling with Masons' hair. Mason glanced at her, panic flooding through his eyes.

"Sure." Leo grinned, "you up to it?" He asked me.

"Uh.. yeah?" I nervously asked.

"As we are together." He winked at me. "Play along, he's trying to show off his girlfriend." Leo whispered in my ear. I shook my head rapidly,

"I'm not going to make my friend jealous over me hanging out with a guy." I growled, getting off of Leo's lap and standing up. Mason proudly smirked at Leo, raising an eyebrow at him.

"At least I never taught Ali to lie." He proudly smirked.

"Mason, you can shut up" I snapped frustratedly. "Get your girlfriend out of my house." I spat, "she isn't invited." I simply spoke, walking up to my door, opening it for him.

"What? But I'm your ex, your friend! He's just..." he cringed at Leo.

"Yeah, well I don't want to be in between you and your guy fights." I snapped. Mason blinked at me a few times, as he stood up, his 'girlfriend' standing up, fluttering her eyes flirtatiously at Leo. Leo winked at her,

"Watch out, your girls a flirt." Leo laughed, "and get out before I make you." He threatened. I let out a heavy breath, frustration filling me.

"Leo quit." I started, however, Mason walked up to Leo and got his fist out, using a lot of force and power into punching Leo across the face. Leo let out a groan, causing me to gasp. Blood instantly poured out of Leo's nose and his lip. I raced up to Leo, wrapping my arms around his waist, pulling him away from Mason.

"Mason, get out!" I yelled, pure anger at him flooding through me, "you know what violence does." I snapped. Mason glared at us, before grabbing his girlfriend by the arm, stomping out of my room, slamming the door shut.

"That guy... has anger problems." Leo muttered, securely covering his face with his hands. I sighed, shaking my head in disbelief.

"He thinks violence is the answer to everything..." remembering that night. The night he went missing. What Mason did. I shook my head, erasing the thought as I dragged him towards my bathroom, grabbing a cloth and soaking it under the tap.
