Aliyahs POV:
We sat on Charlie's sofa, watching Netflix whilst we waited for Leo to arrive. I don't know how to feel about the entire Leo situation. I don't know what we are. I have no idea what my feelings are for him. I let out a heavy sigh, a frown etching across my face as I blankly stared at the TV screen. I felt Charlie's big blue eyes rest on me, his eyebrows furrowed as he stared at me.
"Hey, Aliyah?" He spoke. I turned my head to face him,
"Yeah?" I replied, feeling my body tense as he looked at me in concern.
"Are you all right?" He asked, cocking his head to the side slightly as if he were trying to work me out. I bit my lip, slowly nodding my head,
"I'm fine. Thanks. Just thinking about... Leo." I sighed, shrugging slightly. I peered over at Charlie, our eyes locking. He forwarded for me to continue, so I let out a heavy breath and explained in further detail,
"I don't know what we'll be like. If it'll be awkward." I added in, "but I just..." I frowned, fiddling with my hoodie straps, "I-i just don't want this to all be an act." I admitted. Charlie placed his hand atop of mine, giving it a quick reassuring squeeze as he deeply looked into my eyes. My heart fluttered and hand warmed at the action.
"Aliyah, if he's putting this on as an act, then that's really unusual for him." He sternly spoke. Charlie let out a sigh, shaking his head slightly, "Leo might be a jerk at times, but I know he wouldn't go that far to hurt someone. Trust me." He firmly spoke, before moving his hand away, resting back against the sofa again. I nodded, wanting to believe his words. I mean - Charlie knows Leo better than anyone. So I'm sure what he means is true.
"Thanks, Char." I weakly smiled. He nodded his head,
"Leo will probably be here in a minute." He softly spoke.
"Probably." I frowned, glancing at the ground. On that, I suddenly heard the door open.
"I'm home!" I heard Leo shout from the doorway. I giggled slightly from what he'd said, but remembered what he did, causing my laugh to cut off. Charlie rolled his eyes, a smirk playing on his face as he peered over at me, an eyebrow rose. Leo then stepped into the room, glancing between me and Charlie. I blushed when I saw the chocolates and roses in his arms.
"I- uh." Leo awkwardly spoke, nibbling on the bottom of his lip. "I brought the requirements." He edgily smiled, as if he was unsure whether he should or not.
"Okay." Charlie spoke. The room filled with an awkward silence, my body stiffening.
"Aliyah I-" Leo began, but I quickly cut him off, not wanting to hear it. Memories of seeing that girl straddling him flashed back into my mind.
"Leo. I get it. You won't ever stick with one girl 'cause you're a player." I shrugged, anger bubbling through me as I stood up. "You get a new girl every week. And you're only talking to me because you want a wish granted. Fine." I snapped, my emotions feeling confused. My heart aches, my minds spinning in confusion and anger is pulsing through me. I let out a heavy breath. Leo opened his mouth for a few seconds, not responding to my question. I huffed, storming past him and walking away.
"That's not tr-" Leo tried to speak again, but I cut it off by closing Charlie's door, giving him a quick grateful smile before I closed it.

I raced down the streets, feeling tears spill down my cheeks.
It didn't mean anything to him.
