Part 17 - "You're Cute When You Blush"

Aliyahs POV:
"So... we've got 8 facts so far," I stated, sorting out each of the facts we have so far in groups. For example: history of the place, size of the place, events that happen there. I sighed, peering up and Leo who has a sly smirk plastered across his face, clearly not interested in any of what I'm saying. I rose an eyebrow at him,

"Are you even listening?" I asked. We currently have information about The Forest of Dean sprawled out over the floor, as we sit opposite each other on a bean bag, collecting in information

Well, at least I am.

"Yup." Leo groggily spoke, his voice sounding unenthusiastic. I rolled my eyes, huffing at him.

"Do you want this to work or no?" I sternly spoke, "I could quite happily swap partners." I stated. Leo smirked,

"And who would swap with you? Everyone already has where they're going planned out." He stated, shrugging in defence.

"Well I'm sure Seth wouldn't mind working in a 3 with me and his partner." I smirked, sticking my tongue out at him. He rolled his eyes,

"Oh, I'm sure. What about Mr James?" He rose an eyebrow in curiosity.

"Just. Shut up." I firmly spoke, aggravated by him. He proudly smirked,

"Nah, my cute lil princess." He shrugged, picking up a sheet of information and scanning through it for a few seconds. I watched his expression as he scanned through it.

He bit his lip for a few seconds, causing me to shudder.
He then rose an eyebrow, a small smirk placed on his face causing me to slightly melt.
He then had a stern expression, causing my heart to pound.

"Are you checking me out?" Leo asked, peering around the paper, a playful smirked placed onto his face. I blushed instantly, awkwardly looking away,

"Uh, n-no." I innocently spoke, feeling my cheeks rise into a blush.

"Mmhm. I'm sure." Leo winked, placing the paper back down onto the floor, stretching his legs out and placing his arms behind his head, resting his arms against the wall. I gazed at his arms as they flexed and showed his muscles, causing me to bite my lip and shudder. A large smirk appeared on his face, wiggling an eyebrow at me. My blush deepened as I realised he was watching me stare at his arms.

"Tut tut." Leo tutted, "you can't check me out unless I can do something in return." He winked at me. I rose an eyebrow,

"And what is that. May I ask?" I perked, feeling slightly frightened by what it might be he wants me to do. He playfully smirked, as he got off of the bean bag, going on his knees as he hurried toward me. He then wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me against his chest as he leaned forward, causing me to fall backwards, my head resting on the bean bag as he towered over me, leaning over the top of me. My breath hitched as his lips neared mine, my entire heart wildly racing. He smirked, his lips suddenly trailing across my jaw line again. I shuddered, feeling my heart race.

"Leo." I whispered, feeling my jaw shudder from his lips. He continued to trail his lips across my jaw line. His lips then trailed to my ear, slightly nibbling on my ear lobe before huskily whispering into my ear,

"Screw that challenge." He smirked. I suddenly remembered the 'challenge' I gave him where he can't give me another hickey. I swallowed, feeling my palms sweat as his lips neared my neck. It started off as soft kisses, causing my stomach to flutter. Then he started to nibble my neck, causing me to let out quiet moans, my heart wildly pounding.

This guy drives me crazy.

I tightly grasped hold of his shirt on his chest, tugging on it as I tilted my head back, my entire body warming from his touch.

His touch makes me feel alive.

Then suddenly I heard the door open, causing Leo's head to reluctantly lift, facing towards the door. I peered out of the corner of my eyes, awkwardly sitting up. Leo backed away, collapsing back onto his beanbag. Victoria stood in the door way, a small smile plastered on her face,

"Are you two together?" She questioned, humour filling her voice. I instantly blushed, wanting to crawl inside a hole and maybe melt for a lifetime or two.

"No..." I squeaked, feeling completely embarrassed the Leo's mum walked in on us.

"Yet." Leo added in, a smirk on his face. This caused my blush to deepen, as I awkwardly peered over at Victoria. She chuckled, shaking her head in disbelief,

"Just you wait." She told me, winking at me. I whimpered, shaking my head.

No way.

"Ok huns. I came to say dinners ready in 5. I'll leave you 2 in peace." She winked, glancing at the both of us before turning around and strolling out of the room, shutting the door behind her.

I refused to talk to Leo as I curled in a ball, my red cheeks never calming down.

That was so embarrassing.

"Princess, don't worry about it!" Leo pouted, flicking my hair. I turned away from him yet again.

"You're cute when you blush." He smirked. I snapped my head towards him, smacking his arm away from twirling my hair about.

"Arrogant Jerk." I spat, glaring at him.

I don't regret allowing him to come near me. But his Mum had to walk in on us! Someone always walks in.

"I know." He stated, "but you love me for it." He added in. I huffed, glaring at him.

"Princess, why don't we watch a film?" He asked, his voice sounding innocent. "We can watch a chick flick. Or a Disney." He perked. My ears rose at the sound of that, peering over at him, thinking over my decision.

But who can say no to that?

I smirked, an idea coming to my head.

"Let's watch Beauty and the Beast." I grinned. Leo blinked a few times, registering what I'd said.

"What are you trying to say?" He asked, cocking his head to the side, a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"That you're a beast," I shrugged, glancing at him with a small smirk on my face. Leo smirked in response,

"Hey, at least they end up together. At least I'd be a prince. At least we'd get married. So you'd be my princess." He announced. I huffed, glaring at him,

"Just put the movie on." I begged.

I like the film.

Leo rolled his eyes as he stood up, holding his hand out towards me.

"Madam." He smirked, bowing down to me.

"Oh, such a gentleman." I spoke in a fancy tone, raising an eyebrow at our act, grasping hold of his hand as he helped me up. He grinned, wrapping an arm around my waist, his other hand holding mine securely. Suddenly, I felt myself being span in a circle, lifting me off of the ground. I shrieked.

"Leo, put me down!" I begged. Leo's laugh filled the room as he reluctantly placed me back onto the floor, giving me his million pound smile. I felt myself melt, his eyes glistening, happiness melting through the both of us. Our eyes connected, sharing our happiness.

I won't lie,
but I think I'm starting to
fall for the bad boy.
And that's not the of best ideas to do.
