Vulnerable. That's how she felt.
"Wow." She did a sigh of relief.
"I look awful! I should really shower..." Thankfully school was out today. It worked out perfectly.
-30 minute time skip-
She was all dolled up. Put her favorite halter top on. It was blue with a darker blue triangle on. She knew she wore it too often but she just couldn't help herself. Lapis picked up her phone and went to Peridots' contact. She started a text; "Hey I was just wondering if there was a time you think you would be here around." She waited a minute before she received a reply.
"Hey. I think i will be there in about 30 or so minutes. The lady moving my stuff is kinda aggressive and may or may not be hitting on me. It's kinda confusing."
Lapis giggled to herself. "Okay I'll see you then! :)"
"OH NO" Lapis said frantically. "THAT ROOM STILL HAS THE HOLE IN THE WALL!"
Lapis past roommate was her significant other. They rarely sleep in the same bed because they both had twin sized beds. They enjoyed the space apart; especially Lapis. Her partner was aggressive. Lapis tried forgetting them but they always found a way back into her life.
"Okay I need to go to Walmart and buy a big mirror then tell her she cant move it. No that's stupid. I'll just have to tell her."
