Chapter 5

  Kya's POV
I woke the next morning with a splitting headache and I felt like I would vomit. I pried my eyes open and immediately had to squint from the light outside the window. I sat up, a little too fast, because the room started to spin, I grabbed my forehead to try to steady myself, my stomach was churning and I took a deep breath. And slowly looked around the room, someone's clothes have been sprawled all over the room, some female and some male, but when I took a closer look I noticed that, they were MY clothes. I looked down at myself only to see that I was completely naked. That's when I felt a sense of warmth coming from beside me, I dreaded looking to my left to see who it was I was sleeping in the same bed as, naked. I turned my head reluctantly towards the guy, but all I could see was his back, the cover was down just above his butt. I sighed and cautiously got out of the bed, but as I did I accidentally pulled on the sheet I quickly turned to see if the guy had woke up. He stirred and turned to his other side, so he was now facing me, I was shocked at who I saw, my eyes widened and my jaw dropped, just about covered by the sheet was, my best friend, the one guy I trusted with everything. After he stopped fussing and laid still, I turned around, quickly collected all my clothing and crept into the en suite bathroom, thankful that Janelle has one, I put on the same clothes I wore last night and tiptoed out of the room, down the stairs and straight out of the house. Janelle had a big Oak tree in front of her house, so I went to sit under it. It had the least snow. A stinging in my eyes, caused them to fill with water, I pulled my knees up to my chest and leant my forehead on them, the tears finally seeping over and down my bare legs, that were now getting numb from the snow. I had lost my virginity... to my best friend.

Justin's POV
I woke up by the sound of a door closing, I jumped up just to fall back down on the pillow. My head is throbbing, how much did I have to drink last night? I attempted to sit back up, slower this time. I looked down and rubbed my face with my hands, after I took my hands away I saw that I was naked, I quickly turned my head to my right, but no one was there, although I could tell someone had been sleeping there recently, the sheet was still slightly warm. I felt my throat tighten and my stomach jolt. I had lost my virginity, with someone, and I had no idea who. I felt tears materialize in my eyes and a lump lodged in my throat. I didn't want to sit in this bed any longer, I quickly got up and dressed in last night's clothes and made my way down the stairs, in the lounge, people were just starting to wake up, some people were sitting on the couch, some playing video games, some drinking more alcohol (because that's the best way to get rid of a hangover) (A/N that's partially true) some where just sitting with their heads in their hands, Janelle, spotted me and stumbled over towards me "hey Justin" I put on my most convincing smile, although it was weak and most probably unbelievable, I really didn't want to talk to Janelle about losing my virginity, no one knew I was a virgin, not even Kya. "hey Nelle, have you seen Ky?" she frowned in concentration "uhh, I think I saw her walking out the door a few minutes ago. But I cant be sure it was her, I was half asleep" I nodded and quickly hugged her saying goodbye and walked out the front door to see, Kya under the big Oak, hugging Jonah. A pang of jealousy ran through me. If you haven't already figured it out, yes, I'm in love with Kya. I have been in love with her since... forever!!
I slowly made my way over to them, to see a big smirk on Jonah's face. When he looked up at me, a glare replaced it and I scowled back at him. I awkwardly coughed to get Kya's attention. She turned around with tear stains down her beautiful flustered cheeks and even with the tear stains and the watery eyes, she still looked amazingly stunning.

  Kya's PV

I heard someone cough from behind me, I pulled away from Jonah who I had told nothing about the loss of my virginity, but just that I was upset and he was there to comfort me and turned to see Justin standing over me, my eyes widened and my throat clamped shut, it was a shock to see, him and know that he knows nothing about what we did last night, the mistake we made. I decided right then, that I wasn't going to tell him about the night before, I couldn't ruin our friendship like that, neither of us wanted that. I decided that I was going to act normal around him, as if nothing happened, I'm going to forget that it happened.

Justin saw the tears that have left trails down my face, and he quickly kneeled beside me "Ky, whats wrong?" I looked into the face of my innocent best friend, not a clue in the world. I felt the tears stinging my eyes again, threatening to come back again. Instead of replying to him, I just threw my whole body at him embracing him in a hug, my arms wound around his neck, almost instantly his arms were around my waist rubbing comforting circles, that felt familiar. His hands had been in that exact position last night, I just knew it. Justin held me for, I don't know how long, but Jonah had disappeared somewhere, by the time we pulled back. Justin helped me up and walked me to his black Range Rover and we drove in silence
