I was broken from a young age
Taking my soul into the masses
Write down my poems for the few
That looked at me took to me, shook to me, feeling me
Singing from heart ache from the pain
Take up my message from the veins
Speaking my lesson from the brain

Sherry's words had stung Georgina and she had spent that night tossing and turning. She kept seeing Matt's face and then Negan's. She'd be running through the darkness, calling for Matt and she would see him. She'd run to him, her arms outstretched but when he turned it was Negan staring back at her. The image of her future.

It was midday before he came. His beard was freshly trimmed, a coy smile on his face as he stepped into her room, the smell of strong aftershave filling her nostrils. She forced a smile and nodded her head towards him.

"Sorry I've been away," He drawled out, a sideways smile on his handsome face, bearing just a flash of teeth, "I hope you've been treated well. Or will I put on a show?"

Georgina tilted her lips upwards, a sick feeling in the pit of her stomach.
"I've been treated well. It's great not having to work, although a little boring."

"Don't worry," Negan chuckled, "I won't be gone for awhile."

Great.

"I think I need to streach my legs," Georgina said, flexing her muscles, "I'm not used to being a caged bird."

She saw him tense at her words and a small tendrail of pleasure ran through her. She could do this. She could play Negan, become his weakness. She felt herself smirking, standing up off the bed. She cast away the girl that was afraid of everything and stood up to the man she hated with all of her heart and smiled.

"Maybe you could take me out," She whispered, taking the collar of his leather jacket between her fingers, "I'd like to see what you do."

She saw his face morph into surprise, but quickly changed back to his usual amusement. He smirked, nodding his head.
"Your wish is my command."

She smiled as he placed Lucille in her hands. She ignored the pain she felt at the thought of what that weapon had done. She wasn't the same Georgina anymore. She had to become someone different. She ran her fingers through the spikes and gave Negan a sideways smile. His eyes ran down the length of her body, and she didn't flinch. She followed him through the hallways, a good lapdog.

She felt eyes on her as she stepped into the open air, trailing by Negan's side. She knew what she looked like, how she carried herself and stood by his side. She acted like his equal, not like his property. She felt his greedy eyes on her every so often, and she forced a smile.

"Dwight," Negan greeted as they stepped up to the burned man, "What have you got for me today?"

Dwight eyed Georgina, a sideways smirk on his face. He cast his gaze back to Negan.
"We've collected from most of the western camps, none of them are light this time."

"That's good," Negan said, his eyes alight with the strength he gained from others. He stepped closer to Dwight and leaned in, whispering something in his ear. Dwight only nodded, casting one more glance at Georgina before he stalked off.
