The sun's rays peeked over the water. We sat in the waters of the Miami Harbor. Ground troops sat on the dock. By six o'clock the sun was halfway on the horizon. At 6:30 there were dots on the horizon. We were in our cabin when we felt an explosion. But, it wan't from our ship. We ran to the deck. There were planes shooting at us. Our guns began to fire. We manned our position. I knew Joel wouldn't go without a fight. And, he would get one.
