*Esme's POV*

After what felt like 1000 years lunch finally came. 

I met up with Cecilia by our lockers and we made our way to the cafeteria to meet the 'gang'.

Our 'gang' consisted of 5 people and a bitch.

Myself,Cecilia,Nate-Cecilia's boyfriend,Drew and Natalie.

Natalie is Drew's infuriating sickly sweet girlfriend.

I spotted the gang sat at a table in the corner of the cafeteria,and praise Jesus and bow down to the fucking Devil, Noel wasn't there...

Yet..

Cecilia and I rushed forward and sat down knowing we had a limited amount of time till Natalie came to have a proper,enjoyable conversation.

"Heeeeeeeeeey Babay" Nate said pecking Cecilia on the lips.

Drew and I began making fake retching noises. Nate and Lia both rolled their eyes.

"I'm having a movie/game night at mine tonight if y'all wanna come?" Nate asked.

I was about to reply when I saw Levi sat at a lunch table alone,playing with his food.

"Esme? ESME!" Cecilia shouted.

"Huh? Oh uh yeah,yeah,I'll be right back" I stammered.

I stood up and made my way over to Levi.

"Hey Levi" I say gently.

Levi jumps and he looks up at me,relaxing when he saw me.

"Oh,hey Esme" Levi says.

"Are you alright?" I ask him.

"Yeah,Fine" He mumbles.

I frown.

"Are you-"

"Yes" Levi says cutting me off.

"Sorry" I say awkwardly.

Levi stays quiet.

"Um, My friend, Nate Parker,hes having this movie,game night thing if you would,maybe like to come?" I offer.

"No,I wouldn't want to bother you" Levi replies.

"Levi,you wouldn't bother us!" I say.

"I don't want to go" Levi says.

"Levi please,you'll enjoy it!"I plead.

"I said I don't want to go!" Levi exclaims.

I frown.

"Fine" I say and I turn to walk away.

"Oh and for the record,If i thought you were going to bother us,I wouldn't have invited you" I say bitterly and I walk back over to the gang.
