Ashley's POV:

I'm glad Adam was on our team. After Mitch signed out when Jerome made that comment, I immediately hung up on the Skype call before anyone could ask any questions.

I sit back in Ian's chair and start editing the video to try and calm myself. I knew I didn't care that people knew, I guess it was just...weird having them know. Especially when it's Jerome who dropped the bomb.

The editing didn't soothe me. About ten minutes later, I get frustrated and give up. The software on Ian's computer isn't what I'm used to. I decide to go Mitch's room and see how he's doing. I creep down the hallway, not wanting to be seen. Luckily, everyone is editing their videos and I make it without any distractions. I knock three times on his door before getting a reply.

"Yeah?" he calls from inside.

"It's me." I say, cracking the door open a bit. He turns around and beckons me in. I walk in, carefully closing the door behind me. I look on his screen and see he's already done editing his video, and I pout.

"Having trouble with Ian's computer?" Mitch laughs.

"It's not exactly what I'm used to." I say, leaning against his chair.

"I'll help you later." he says, turning back to his screen. "I'm going to do an intro by the way, just to warn you." I nod, a mischievous smile spreading across my lips that Mitch can't see. I drape my arms lightly over his shoulders, and he tenses before relaxing and smiling. I nod for him to continue on, and he hits the recording button.

"Hey doods, Mitch or-" I cut him off.

"BajanCanadian and today we have an amazing Battle Dome where I kill everyone because I'm a jag." I sit on his lap as i say this, and he laughs.

"Well as Ashley said, we do have a Battle Dome here for you today and I hope you'll all enjoy, I don't know about Ashley but I did, so slap that like button with yo forehead-"

"And Mitch will go make me a sandwich. See you all later!" I interrupt again, smirking.

"Take care." Mitch finishes, laughing. He stops the recording and turns to me.

"I'm the jag?" he says, raising his eyebrows.

"I didn't do anything. I just wanted a sandwich." I say, giving him an innocent look. He just laughs and kisses me.

"Well then let's go get you a sandwich." he says, getting up.

"Nah, I'm not hungry anymore." I say, pushing him back down into his chair. He smirks, pulling me forward a bit. We're about to kiss, but then a low rumble sounds from Mitch's stomach, and I crack up laughing.

"Looks like I'm not the one that needs a sandwich." I say, smiling at him. He laughs and I get off him.

"Talk about a turn off." Mitch mumbles, smirking at me. I laugh.

"What? Nah, that was totally attractive." I say as we walk out of the room.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Later that night, no one has anything to do, so we decide to have a sort of small "party", I guess you could call it. We all get dressed into our pajamas and this time I was smart in bringing my own so I didn't have to wander pants-less around the house. We ordered a few large pizzas and wings for dinner while we set up some games like ping-pong and even some guns for nerf wars.
At 3:00, everyone was bored and decided to go in the pool. Since I didn't have my bathing suit, Alesa forced me to borrow hers.
"I should probably just have a second wardrobe here." I joked, although it was kind of true.
Tyler leaves to go get beer, and Jerome, Adam, Brice and Mitch all run outside and jump into the pool, with the rest of us following out behind them. Mitch emerges with a grin on his face, then swimming over to where I stand at the edge of the pool.
"Come on in, the water's fine." he says, pulling himself out of the water to sit next to me. His body is dripping wet, and he looks pretty got in the dim sunlight.
"Nah, I'm good. I'll stay on land where it's dry." I say, walking away. I expect him to try and pull me back, but I get away and am able to sit by the edge in peace. For now. Alesa sits down next to me with her phone, dipping her legs in the water as I do. Across the pool, Louise is slowly inching her way into the pool, beckoning us toward her. Just then, Jerome jumps out of the water like a shark, taking Louise down with him. I crack up with laughter, losing my balance on the ledge. I fall forward, right into Mitch's arms.
"You decided to come in the water." he muses, grinning at me. I roll my eyes and try to swim away, but he pulls me deeper into the pool.
"Stop you jag." I laugh, facing him and trying to pull his arms off half-heartedly.
"Not a chance." he says slyly, before dunking me into the water.
I shut my eyes underwater and hold my breath, scrunching my face up a little. I can hear Mitch laugh beside me, although muffled and gurgled by the water around us. He lets go of me and I swim up to the surface, pushing my hair back- which is now covering my eyes. Mitch's laughter becomes clearer as he submerges next to me, and I splash him in the face.
"Hey!" he shouts, putting his hands up a little too late. Then it's my turn to burst out laughing, but I abruptly stop as a wave of water hits me in the head.
I splash an arc of water his way, which he easily deflects with his arms, so I send another, and another and another. He counters me with his palms hitting the water, sending sprays up which occasionally hit me, but mostly get eaten by my water arcs.
Just then, there's a giant splash next to both of us, showering us with pool water. We stop our attacks and look over, just in time to see Adam break the surface and scream.
"WATER FIGHT!"
And then it's on.
