People are walking down the hallways and obviously, eyes land on Alexander. Although he sees them, he isn't bothered.

It's really hard to not notice a guy like him. Perfect body, beautiful face, expensive clothes and the far scent of his French cologne.

Some scan his outfit. A satin bomber jacket and a pair of dark fitted jeans. A gold watch is around his wrist, but it changes every other day. Some just admire him from afar, turning their heads around as soon as his eyes meet theirs.

People know him, but at the same time they don't. He's mystery to some, wrapped around shadows and light and maybe that's where his charm comes from. He's simple but complicated, loved by some and hated by others, he's the one that has all, but doesn't need it, nor wants it.

He doesn't seek for the attention he has, being the most popular guy in the school wasn't in his plans, but it happened, somehow.

It had always been like that for him, ever since he was a little boy. He was the star of everything in anything and he never questioned it.

He doesn't pay a lot of attention to people, but when his eyes see her, he starts doing so.

She is with a guy. He has curly hair and is wearing a hoodie. They are talking and laughing, Alexander can't stop looking.

She looks carefree and happy, hair moves as she tilts her head laughing.

"Yo," Kevin says, greeting Alexander.

Alexander turns to him and they do their usual handshake. "What's up?"

The two of them have been best friends for years now. They've gone to the same schools, they've spent their childhood together, they've gone to their first parties together.

They've been through thick and thin, they're like brothers. They are the duo.

Kevin opens up his locker and grabs a notebook out of it before turning to Alexander again with a frown on his face.

"I hate school," Kevin says.

"How could you? You have to study for a better future, do you want to end up in the streets?" Alexander says in a high pitched voice, jokingly.

"Shut up," Kevin laughs.

They chat for a while and Alexander sees Maya waving goodbye to the guy and heading to a room. The hallways are getting emptier, people leave as the bell rings.

"Hold on a minute, I'll be right back," Alexander tells Kevin, leaving him confused and with no further explanation.

He then followed Maya. Truth is, he felt like shit for talking to her like that. She meant no harm, she really didn't know anything.

So he wants to apologize again, but when he sees her struggling with the work she is doing as she is sitting at a table alone and standing up to go to the bathroom, he decides to go with another option.

He reaches her table on which she left her math notebook. There are a couple of wrong and unfinished problems and systems on her paper. But, instead of doing all the work for her he decides to quickly write some corrections to help her out.

When he's done he takes a piece of paper and writes on it, before sliding it into the page and exiting the room quietly.

"Okay I'm done, let's go," Alexander says, before he and Kevin start walking away.

Kevin is still confused, but goes back to what he was saying before.
"Anyways, we have a new chemistry teacher and she's kind of hot," he says.
