**I apologize for the short parts, but I like to get everything out for people to read as quick as I can.
"What the hell?" His eyebrows furrowed.
"You killed my mother, you asshole!" I was angrier than I had ever been, and I could only get worse. "Why do you lie? Pretend you love me, Change my father, and kill my mother? And go against me and Change me? You are the worst lowlife vampire out there! I dare you to go put a stake in your heart and beg me to take it out, so maybe you'll heal. Ha, I'll just plunge it deeper so you'd better not." I pushed him down and grabbed a long spear that we used for making marshmallows. This would be the end of him. "Last words? Oh, wait, you don't deserve to be remembered nicely. Your last words were 'what the hell?'" I jabbed him, but didn't look where I was hitting. It hit a rib, puncturing a lung.
He coughed up blood. "No, please," his voice rasped as he choked on his blood. He stared at Selena. "help me." I fed on Alex, and gagged, but it seemed like the fastest way to kill him.
"Carlie, stop." Selena was trying to take me off of him. She stabbed me in the hip with a stake and I let go, spinning around and sinking my fangs into her neck in pure hostility. She bucked and cursed and tried to pull away, but I drained her dry. Dad watched from the doorway in subtle grief. He liked this woman. Everyone he loved was getting killed, drained by vampires. He couldn't do anything, now that he was a vampire himself. He loathed vampires and now he was one. Her blood filled me until I was satisfied. Still, I drank her until I knew that even vampire blood wouldn't save her.
"I'm sorry, Dad." I wiped her blood from my mouth guiltily. Then I felt hands on either side of my head, and I used my former dance skills from ballet to free myself.
"Would you like to reconsider being my mate?" Alex, bloodied and looking as if he barely survived a massacre, grinned openly. "If I knew it were so easy to take you by surprise, I would have done it days ago. Darling, for a little while you've been pissing me off. I'll gladly let you take it back, but you know what I can do in revenge if you don't." He peered over my shoulder at my father. "How are you enjoying being immortal?" His grin was one of a wicked, out of control vampire.
"Better than you think. I can be with my daughter forever, and she's all the company I need, Alexander." Dad was beside me in a blink of an eye. "If you don't leave us alone, I'll be sure you suffer like you should have while I was using you to train her."
Alex's grin now turned into a contortion of teeth. He couldn't win a fight over a well-fed vampire and another vampire on his own. This wasn't the end though, I could see it in the baring of his teeth, the brightness of his eyes. He would get me killed.
If looks could kill, I'd be dead. No, even better, if love could kill, I'd have been dead long ago. But now, I doubted that he ever loved me. I was his toy. The girl who he could make forget everything. Look at that girl now, the only vampire left alive, besides ones I've created. I lose some every month, but mainly I can keep them hidden. I'm the best at hiding from hunters in the entire world. The newest vampire hunters have only heard myths about me and they are scared. Although, they'd all like to prove their manliness by trying to find me. If anyone gets close, I kill them. Problem solved.
That may sound gruesome, but you've never met me. I'm not one to sugar-coat anything I say. If you look bad, I'll easily say, 'You look like hell, darling.' Yes, I am still using Alex's trademark 'darling.' But this isn't why we are here. Let me tell you the rest of my story.
