Instead of calling him by his birth name, they ended up in a habit if calling him Prince. He reminded them of a little Prince since Michael's old friend called Michael the King of Pop.

Sleep had become a rare occurence within the Jackson household. You never realised how much it was necessary until it was interrupted every night. That was exactly how Myra and Michael felt.

A cry came over the baby monitor, alerting the new parents. Myra looked to her right to the alarm clock. The mumbers showed it was only four in the morning.

"I'll get him," Michael offered, how tired he was evident in his voice.

"I got him. You go back to bed," Myra offered, and Michael closed his eyes and fell back asleep.

She pushed the covers off her legs and sat up. She got up and left their bedroom, leaving the door open. She shuffled down the hall to the open door of their kids room.

She pushed open the door to the nightlight lit room. She found the crib in the light where her restless child laid, squirming and crying.

She gently lifted the child from the crib, holding him in her arms. She quietly shushed the child as she walked around his room. She attempted to distract him with his Winnie the Pooh stuffed toy.

He slowly began to quiet the more Myra rocked him. She gently stroked the small tufts of brown hair that fell against his skin. Myra didn't know who he resembled more -- her or Michael.

She sang a soft lullaby which slowly put him to sleep. His brown eyes struggled to stay open before they stayed closed. She sang a few final words before she gently laid him down again. She put the stuffed animal beside him quietly.

She slowly left the room in case he woke up again. Once out the door she returned to her own bedroom. She crawled back under the covers.

"He asleep?" Michael asked, half asleep.

"Yeah," answered Myra with a small nod.

"You're good with him," he commented.

"So are you. Now go to bed," she joked as she closed her eyes.

She felt his arm wrap around her and pull her closer. She didn't say anything and only allowed her to fall back asleep. She was soon joined by Michael as he fell back asleep beside her.
