"Okay, that's all for now, if there are any changes I'll let you guys know,you are all dismissed" I said in a boss-like ,
no-nonsense tone, which made them scramble to their feet and leave the room hastily, yes, that's me Alicia Woods, the boss.

I am what some call successful, a go getter and a trend setter, at a young age of 24, I must say I had the world in my palm. I am the CEO of Woods foundation, a highly successful and well reputable Charity organisation which was founded by my great grand parents and had been passed down ever since, so yes,my son or daughter is going to take over from me one day.

I have three other siblings but none of them were interested in the family business, my oldest brother Dave is a pilot, my twin sisters are in the fashion industry, Rose is a designer while Rita is a model, she's modeled for Vivienne Westwood, Calvin Klein, Micheal Kors, Rose Woods and recently just got her wings, she's now a Victoria's secret angel.

I on the other hand made my father so happy when I showed interest in the family business and of course my degree in non-profit management from Harvard came in handy, he was hoping Dave would do that, since he's a man and the first child, but he lost hope when Dave said he wanted to study Aeronautical engineering and nobody could change his mind about it. Dad just had to support him and now,  he's one of the best pilots in the country, I love my big bro so much. He's really an inspiration to me.

Dad retired this year and I took over the company ever since, I really love my job and I must say my life is perfect to me, I have a family that loves me and I love equally, and I own one of the most successful companies in the world, I could literally afford anything, I mean what more could a girl want? My mother of course would always make it clear to me that my perfect life is not so perfect because I don't have a man, and should get married and give her grand babies. That woman could be a pain in the neck, like seriously, I've set my standards really high and won't settle for less. I need an intelligent man who is highly successful, handsome and is not a cheater, but men are something else, my previous encounters with them hasn't been good, they all cheated on me and I caught them in the act.

It was bad enough when Kyle cheated on me with his secretary in his office, I was bringing the idiot lunch that day to surprise him and guess where the food went? On their faces, who cheats on Alicia woods?

My second encounter, as if the first one wasn't bad enough was with Alex, my sister, Rita introduced me to him. Alex was fine as hell, he was also an actor, tall, dark, broad chest, dimples that had me melting like ice when he smiled, but he was also a cheater, even worse than Kyle, the fool accidentally dialed me while he was doing it, he claims he was high and wasn't thinking straight, he was denying it at first like I knew he would, they all do unless you have proof and I was smart enough to record it. I also had to play the most disgusting sounds I had heard in my life again for him to hear and when she was screaming his name, he knew he had nothing else to say and began to apologize. After Alex, I was done, I don't care anymore even if I end up alone,until I find a man who's not a cheater, which will probably be never. I'm done with the dating thing. Mom had better accept it or not, I don't care.
