The next morning you wake and notice both Chloe and Liam are gone. What on earth. Where would they have gone to? You ask yourself. You get up to go to the bathroom. After you are done in the bathroom you notice that there is breakfast on the bed. You walk on over to the bed and sit down. You look up for Chloe and Liam but they aren’t there. You start eating because you haven’t eaten anything since breakfast the day before. After you are done you go and look for Liam and Chloe. You stop at Louis’ door first but he isn’t there. Next are Harry’s, then Zayn’s then Niall’s. You knock on Niall’s door and he answers it thankfully. You were starting to get scared.
“Hi Kenzie” He says and you leap into his arms like you haven’t seen anyone in days. He just chuckles and hugs you back. “If you don’t let go now, I don’t know if Liam will get you back.” He says with a straight face; but you know that he is joking a little. You slowly let go of him and ask “Where is everyone?” “Relax Kenzie, everyone is in here.” He tells you. “Doing what?” You ask with a hint of uneasiness. “We are playing house.” He says proudly, and you giggle. “Pancakes, pancakes!” Chloe runs up to you and gives you a big hug. “Hi babez! How are you?” you ask putting her down. “I am good. Will you be mommy?” She asks with hopeful eyes. Who could say no to this little girl? “Of course I will. Who is daddy?” You ask. “Liam is!” she almost screams it, with a happy smile on her little face.
You look up and notice everyone watching you and Chloe. You feel your checks turn red and turn so you are facing Chloe and not the guys. “I would love to play the mommy with you babez.” She gives you a tight hug. Before you are too close to the guys she pulls you down to her. “I’m sorry pancakes. I never liked Kendal. He never should have done that pancakes.” You are crying by the time she finishes and so is she. “It’s not your fault babez. You did nothing wrong. It was all me and my doing.” You hug her like she was about to leave you for good. You get up and notice that the guys are crying. Liam gets up and comes over to you and Chloe. He picks Chloe up and wraps you in his other arm and hugs you two so tight you almost couldn’t breathe. “This was not your fault Kenzie! You did not ask for this. This came from a man that had some problems of his own and couldn’t deal.” He is crying and you couldn’t take it anymore. You look behind him and notice that the guys are getting up to come hug you guys. You being yourself you pull away. You grab Chloe and run out the door. You couldn’t do it anymore. This was too much for you. You ran down the stairs not even looking back or getting your clothes, you just run. The hotel isn’t that far from your mother’s house so you run there.
You knock on the door and your mother answers. She looks at you and wraps you into her arms. You let her pull you in and you walk over to the couch. You finally let go of Chloe but she doesn’t let go of you. You three are in this little hug thing for a while until your father comes walking into the room. “Kenzie what are you doing here?” He questions until he gets a good look at you. You never wear sweats outside of the house and you are crying, which you never do so he knows something is really wrong. “I- I” you start but don’t know if you can say it, but you know you have to. “I was raped by Kendal last night. Chloe was there and Liam and the guys saw. They pulled him off of me. He is in jail for kidnapping and rape. Went back to the hotel with Liam and this morning we were all crying and they were coming for a hug and I couldn’t take it anymore.” You say in a fast tone and the last a little soft. You look at your mother and you can see disgust and knowledge. When looking at your father, you saw hurt, worry and angry. “I-I didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t take their pity anymore.” You say on the forge of tears again. “You are safe here. I will not let anyone hurt you again.” Your father replies and comes to you and wraps you into a hug.
You still have Chloe in your arms so your mother tells you to go lay down in your old bedroom and sleep. You knew something was up when your mother tells you to sleep, but you don’t question her, you just go up the stairs and sleep with Chloe right beside you. You wake up a few hours later to a soft knock on the door.
