Madelyn’s POV
“I’m going for a shower,” Loppy said once we got back to our room and I watched Freyer follow after her.
“Freyer, you had a shower this morning?” I asked, curious.
“I’m just going to see Mrs Loyal about the dinner menu,” She admitted.
“Oh, okay,” I replied and she left closely behind Loppy. I sat on my bed and pulled out my mobile from my underwear drawer and dialled Harry’s mobile.
“Harry?”
“Hey Mads, how are you?”
“Good, how are you?”
“I’m fine. How is Paris?”
“It’s kind of cold,” I replied as a cold shiver ran through my body.
“It’s hot here, any new friends?”
“More like the opposite? It’s just my Boy’s school partner,” I replied referring to Eric.
“What’s he done to you?” Harry’s tone was angry.
“Nothing, he’s just a little up-himself,” I said.
“Oh, well as long as he doesn’t hurt you.”
“Don’t worry Harry, I’ll be fine, how is Jenna?”
“She is being a pain in the bum!”
“Harry, are you ever going to tell me what she is doing to you?”
“Do you want the truth?”
“Yes.”
“Okay then, she’s being threatening me, she is trying to make me forget about you so she can move in,” I was shocked. I hated her more than Eric.
“You can’t fall for her charm!” I almost yelled down the phone in a rush of fury.
“What charm?” I smiled when I heard him say this.
“Exactly.”
“Mads no one will ever compare with you, not even close,” as he said this I heard steps coming to our door.
“Harry I have to go, someone’s coming, I love you.”
“I love you too,” I heard him say and I hung up before stuffing my phone back into my underwear drawer just in time before Mrs Jiminy entered our room.
“Dinner girls!” She yelled and slammed the door shut again.
“Let’s go,” I said and had to wait a few minutes for Daisy to finish the page before we left.
“So you’re into Harry Potter?” I asked knowing the obvious answer.
“Obviously, I live for it!” She squealed, “You think it’s geeky?” I felt a little put on the spot but I did kind of like Harry Potter.
“Sure, but what’s wrong with that?” she smiled.
“Nothing,” she said and eventually we reached the dining hall.
“Ooh yum!” We sat down to lasagne. This definitely wasn’t French!
“It isn’t hard to forget you’re living in France is it?” I say picking up my knife and fork, a plate of lasagne is placed in front of us and I suddenly wasn’t complaining, it was amazing!
“This looks so good! Freyer said sitting down next to me.
“Oh wow! It’s so good!” Loppy said taking a bite.
