Lukes P.O.V. (whattttt)

"He wears bandanas all the time, Luke! But like, he still eats pizza? Seriously, he's the coolest ninja turtle of them all," Michael rambled. I smiled and rolled my eyes at how child-like he can be.

"Michael, I know. I've watched this movie at least one hundred times," I laughed, staring at Michael's TV in front of me.

Michael scooted closer to me, grinning.

"Whoever hasn't watched this movie one hundred times is insane, I swear," Michael said, looking back at the screen.

He's such a weirdo. A cute weirdo, but a weirdo none-the-less.

Michael and I have been friends for a few weeks now, ever since Ash and Calum introduced us to each other, we've been hanging out at least three times a week. Honestly, it's been great being with him, but I'm scared... terrified, actually.

I have a fear of relationships and commitment, and although I do have a small crush on the galaxy hair boy, and rejection is something I'm not good at dealing with. If I were to ever gain enough courage to ask him out and he rejected me, I'd be a mess just like the last time. I can't deal with that again; I can't.

"Luke... Luke! LUKE!" Michael shouted in my face, causing me to jump on the couch and sit straight up.

"What the hell, Michael?!" I yelled. His face paled and I looked at him apologetically, not meaning to yell.

"I uh- you were spacing out. Your- your phone is um, it's ringing. Sorry for scaring you, Luke," Michael said quietly. I furrowed my brows, not understanding why he got so startled by my yelling, doesn't he know I didn't mean to?

I shrugged it off and picked up my iPhone, seeing 'Trash Dad' popping up as the caller ID. Why is Ashton calling?

"Ash?" I answered.

"Luke, it's Calum, I'm calling off of Ashton's phone," he said.

"Oh, hey! What's up, Calum?" I asked, still confused as to why he was calling me off of Ashton's phone.

"Um, I just, I have a question. I hope it doesn't make you uncomfortable," he started to say. "Has Ashton ever had an eating disorder or eating problems or something like that?"

I froze.

"W-what? Why would you ask that?" I asked anxiously, praying Ashton wouldn't be upset with me if I told Calum.

"Don't worry, because he's okay now, but today he passed out when we-" he started to say.

"What?! Is he okay?!" I asked worriedly, interrupting him.

"Yeah yeah he's fine now. We were at the amusement park and I don't think he had eaten in a while because I didn't even see him eat while I was with him yesterday."

"Luke, please just tell me what's going on," Calum pleaded. I could tell he was really worried and genuinely cared about him, so I sighed and began to explain what was going on with Ashton.

"I-I think he has an eating disorder. He's in denial of it, though. He's trying to get down to 110 pounds and he already weighs 120, which is so so low and unhealthy for his height and age. But he-he thinks he's fat, he told me that before, and he just wants to lose ten pounds because he thinks he'll be perfect then. He's already perfect to me though," I explained, tearing up a little after realizing how sad my best friend's situation was.
