"Mikey, I need to talk to you," Calum said, walking over to where Michael and Luke were cuddled up on the love seat.

"Right now?" Michael asked, giving Calum a look that said 'Bro, I'm cuddling my crush, go away'.

"Yeah it's important but um, you don't care so I'll just go," Calum said, walking away. Michael immediately tensed up and got up from where he had previously just been with Luke, watching the end of Titanic.

He rushed over to Calum and grabbed his wrist, spinning Calum around who had winced at the pain. Michael's eyes softened as he noticed this and he took Calum into Luke's bedroom upstairs, closing the door behind them.

"Michael, I'm so sorry, I just had a moment and I broke down. I'm sorry, so so sorry," Calum mumbled into Michael's chest, as they had now sat down on Luke's bed and Calum was crying into Michael's chest.

"What caused it, Cal?" Michael asked, trying not to cry and to instead be strong for his best friend.

"I-I sang in front of Ashton and he actually said I did really good but... just, at that moment, I felt like a bit of a screw-up," Calum admitted.

"Calum, you're a beautiful singer, I thought you knew that," Michael said. Calum shook his head sadly and Michael thought to himself for a moment.

"Is that why you wouldn't sing when we were practicing downstairs?" Michael asked. Calum nodded in response and sighed, lifting Calum's chin up and looking him dead in the eyes.

Ashton's P.O.V. (ahhhhh lil cliffhanger, sorry you guys)

"I wonder what's taking so long," I said to Luke. He shrugged and walked over to where I was sitting, sitting on my lap like he always does.

"How've you been Ash?" Luke asked me.

"I've been good. Me and Calum have been doing really gre-"

"Thats not what I mean," Luke said firmly. I thought for a second, not knowing what he meant.

"What do you mean, then?" I asked, confused.

"You've gotten skinnier Ashton." I scoffed and looked away from him, muttering "yeah, right".

"Ash, you have. You look so small now and I never see you eat. You promised you'd try for me," he said, sadly. I hated seeing Luke upset, but he was just lying to me. I'm so fat right now. I'm so fat.

"Stop lying Luke," I said, wrapping my arms around his waist and pulling him closer to me, resting my chin on his shoulder.

"Ashton, I'm not lying, you've gotten so so skinny," Luke said. I smiled slightly but my face fell because he was lying to me. I wasn't skinny, not yet.

"Why is it such a big deal, Luke?" I snapped. Luke flinched and got off my lap, facing me and sitting closely.

"I don't want you to die, Ashy," he whispered out.

"Don't be so dramatic. I'm not gonna die right now Luke, not from just skipping a few meals," I lied, rolling my eyes.

"Promise?" Luke asked. I looked away, as I knew that if I looked at him I would definitely be honest and tell him the truth, about how long its been since I've eaten.

"Promise," I sighed, intertwining my pinky with his into a pinky promise.
