Questions

Jacob: Hey, were the hell are you? Are you ok? Who are you with?

          He asked these questions really fast, it was hard to process the answers all at once.

"I don't know were I'm at. I'm sure as hell I'm not ok. I don't know who I'm with either."

(I was on speaker now)

Jacob: What do you mean?

He asked confused.

"I don't remember anything. I remember being with you, Glenn and April tonight but I'm here. I'm bleeding down my back and side-"

Glenn: Whoever hurt you, I'm going to kill them Mac. Don't worry, everything is going to be ok.

         He sounded really tense and serious. I smiled at his response to my pain. I started thinking about mom. It got harder to breath again, I started to drift left to right. I sat down on the ground that way I wouldn't fall.

Jacob: Mac, calm down. What does the place look like?

"It's dark and cold. It's an old brick warehouse type thing. There's windows on the northside of the building with one door that allows you to enter the room. That's all I can see. It's dark and I don't like it."

April: What do you mean it's dark? It's in the middle of the day Mac. The light should be coming in the window.

"What?!"

April: Yea

"Dammit I don't know where I'm at. I don't want to be here, I want to be with y'all."

Jacob: We know, your mom has been calling us non-stop trying to find you. The light thing just means we don't have the same time. So you're probably in a different state.

Glenn: We got that covered, we know people from everywhere.

"Thanks a lot guys but don't tell my mom that y'all talked to me."

Glenn: Why? She's more than worried about you. She's more than worried. I'm more than worried. We all are worried. Grandparents are going nuts. I actually want to see you again.

"Just don't tell mom, promise? She'll worry too much, she doesn't need this and you know it. We're going to figure this out. There's only one way out as far as I can see."

Glenn: She's worried about you. She found your letter and thinks your gone and won't come back. I know this isn't about that but how long have you had the letter? You can talk to me you tell me everything.

"Wait my letter?"

          He sounded really concerned and a little idk.. I didn't know what to say. I wasn't planning on them to know about that.

Glenn: Yea, the one that says,
'Dear mom,
Don't bother looking for me. You won't find me. Take care of him. I'm sorry for leaving but I think this is the best thing for me and I just need this right now. I feel so fake. All those smiles and laughs with the family. They were all fake. I'm tired of pretending and I can't do this anymore. Only one person will know were I'm at. Everything will get better. Look after the family for me. I'll come home when I'm ready. Love you...

"Maybe 3 months, I don't know. I felt alone-"

"Alone!? Wow you felt alone?"

"Why does it matter? It's not the issue right now."

          I started to get fustraited. I didn't feel like talking about that right now.

Jacob: Ok ok stop. We can all talk about the letter later when we know we have time and when we know that you're ok. Mac, how long have you been there?

"Not for a day, why?

Glenn: Yea ok, later. Well, you've been gone for the whole weekend. This is Monday.

"What? I just got here."

Glenn: Yea, you went outside to get some air Friday night because you got too hot, April went to check on you and you were nowhere in sight. Me and Jacob walked around town all night looking for you then we called everyone we know and gave them your description. Nobody could find you then mom called. We told her the truth, we were worried. Everyone we know is looking for you now.

          He sounded scarred like he wasn't going to see me again but he was. I bet on my life that he/they will see me again.

"Wow.."

BAM!!

April: What the fuck was that?

"No! No! Guys I don't know what's going to happen. He said he's gonna 'make me suffer till I break."

Jacob: What's going on? Who is he?

BAM!!

April: What the hell?!

Jacob: Mac!!

"He said I wouldn't know till it was time to. I-"
