Chapter Ten: Clock is Ticking

After many experiences happened to you these past few weeks. You realized that you are developing your feelings for someone.

Maybe it will be good not to tell him for now.

After the class, you, Alya and Marinette talk about some things outside the classroom.

You talk about music, foods, superheroes, and especially your favorite topic, Adrien Agreste.

"I wonder if Adrien is really happy about his birthday?" You asked them

"I'm sure he's really happy." Marinette answered

You start to wonder what Marinette gave to Adrien on his birthday.

"Marinette, what gift did you gave to Adrien on his birthday?" You asked Marinette

Marinette blushes. She don't know what to answer.

"Oh look who's here?" Chloe is approaching you

You all roll your eyes.

"Does anybody cares about being here?" You answered Chloe

"Of course. I care. You know that everybody adores me." You stare at her badly

"Oh. Chloe, look!" You point your finger at the gate and see Adrien

You, Marinette and Alya run away and go outside. And Chloe found out that you are fooling her.

"Urgh. I hate you!" Chloe shouted angrily. You all laugh as you run outside the school

You all stop running and Nino approaches you.

"Hey, Y/N, Marinette and Alya. Wanna go to the Trocadéro square to watch Alix and Kim?" Nino asked

"Yes." You answered

"Sorry. I need to go home and get the poster for their game." Marinette said

Marinette run away and go home. You, Alya and Nino were left to go to the Trocadéro square to watch Kim and Alix.

After a few minutes of walking, you finally get into Trocadéro square and see that your classmates are cheering for both person. You also see Adrien standing there happily. And you smile but you try to pretend that you are not smiling at him.

You stand near Adrien. And suddenly, before the race starts, Chloe approaches you.

"Oh hey, Y/N. Feels like I am so mad at a girl like you right now." She roll her eyes on you as she sees you standing beside her

Max explain the game mechanics for the race. Before the race starts, Alix hand you her priceless watch that her father was given too her

Soon, Marinette arrives before the race starts bringing the banner.

So you decided to hand the watch to Marinette as you take some picture for the race.

"Go!" The race starts as Alix run with her rollerblades and Kim runs fast

While Marinette is holding the watch, she decided to give it to Adrien.

But soon, Chloe tries to bug Adrien. And as she tries to distract Adrien from holding the priceless watch, Adrien suddenly drops the priceless watch. You all let out a big sigh as the watch drops safely to the surface. But suddenly, as Alix finishes the race first, she broke the watch that was given to her by his father. You are all shocked but Rose fainted.

As Alix sees her watch broken, she burst out in tears. Marinette tries to talk to her but Alix ignored her.

You look at Chloe angrily.

"What?" Chloe look away

And suddenly, an akumatized victim approaches all of you.

"Everybody run!" Adrien said to all of you

You realized that it was Alix because she still wear her rollerblades after the incident.

Suddenly, the Akumatized Alix touches everybody and as she touches someone, they begin to fade in the place.

You decided to hide in the bushes. And no one sees you there.

Suddenly, Ladybug and Chat Noir gets into the place and fight the Akumatized Victim. And the akumatized person is named as the Timebreaker.

"Chat Noir, don't let her touch you." Ladybug told Chat Noir as you see them trying to stop Timebreaker

"Nothing can stop me. I'm gonna get your Miraculouses and all of you will disappear in the space time. Until I get my watch back." Timebreaker told Ladybug and Chat Noir

You try to sneak to see them. But suddenly, Timebreaker sees you hiding in a bush.

"Why are you hiding there, Y/N. Afraid to get lost in time?" Timebreaker tries to get you and you try to run away

But it is a dead-end for you. She's almost gonna touch you until Ladybug's yoyo holds Timebreaker's arms.

"Chat Noir, bring Y/N to a safe place." Chat Noir carries you and he brings you to the Eiffel tower. As he brings you there, you look at his eyes closely.

As you get to the Eiffel Tower, Chat Noir bring you down. And suddenly, you slap him in the face.

"What was that for?" He angrily asked

"For kissing me!" You answered

Chat Noir gets closer to you.

"What? Do you like it?" He whispered to you

You slap him again in the face.

"I might kiss you again. One slap, one kiss." You almost gonna slap him. But he gets to you closer

"Chat Noir, Help!!" You both hear Ladybug's voice screaming for help

"Bye." He gives you a flying kiss before he leaves you at the Eiffel tower. Your cheeks blush as you remember that moment that he kissed you

"I kinda hate you. But I'm starting to like you."

TIMESKIP

After the defeat of Timebreaker, yu decides to go home. As you go home, you see Adrien's car. The car stop and you see Adrien getting out of the car.

"Hey Y/N." He greeted you

"Hi." You answered

"I wanna invite you on something important." He said

"Just spill it, Adrien." You told him

Adrien holds your hands and he let out a big sigh.

"Can you have a dinner with me tomorrow?"

Your heart beats fast.

"O-Okay." You answered him nervously

"I'll see you tomorrow." Adrien waves at you as he goes back in the car. Adrien's car left.

You started jumping and feel some butterflies in your stomach.

"I'm gonna have a dinner with Adrien!"
