Epilogue

Kellin's POV:
I've now been a vampire for around 120 years. Violet recently turned 118, though she looks just like she did when she was 18. This was the age she stopped growing, meaning that she's about to leave the vampire dimension to go find her soulmate in the human world.

She already knows who her soulmate is, just like Vic knew about us being soulmates before I knew. And now just like her dad, she's on a mission to make her soulmate fall in love with her.

The three of us are at the front door saying goodbye and since it might take a while until Violet is back I'm on the verge of tears.

"I'll miss you guys" she says before firstly hugging Vic.

"We'll miss you too sweetie. Now remember, try not to scare them too much, just enough to make it fun" He tells her causing me to roll my eyes at him.

"I will, bye dad" she replies before going to hug me.

"Gosh I can barely hug you mommy-dad" She complains, trying to wrap her arms around me properly.

"I blame you for that" She snaps as she turns her head to look at Vic.

"Why me?" Vic shouts, holding his hands up in defense.

"Because you're the one with weak pull-out game" Violet explains in a 'duh' tone.

I turn to nod my head in agreement making Vic roll his eyes and sigh at us.

"Bye sweetie" I whisper to my daughter one last time.

She smiles a bit at me before kissing my cheek, then bending down to kiss my belly.

After we close the door Vic and I walk over to the couch and I plop down onto it with a sigh of exhaustion.

"Viccy, can you get me ice cream?" I ask, battling my eyelashes.

"Of course darling"

Vic gets up and walks over to the kitchen where we have a bunch of ice cream boxes in the freezer. I have had the same cravings during this pregnancy as when I was pregnant with Violet which was an advantage since I've known what I need to have at home.

Vic comes over with a bowl of ice cream, sitting down on the couch next to me. He gives me the bowl and wraps his arm around my shoulder as he kisses me forehead.

"I can't believe Violet's off to find her soulmate, she's grown up so fast" I whisper when I've finished the ice cream.

"I know.. I still can't believe you've been a vampire for so long"

I turn my head so that I'm able to kiss Vic who replies to the kiss immediately. Our lips move softly together and he lets one of his hands rest on my baby bump.

"I can't believe it's only a month left.." Vic whispers before pecking my lips again.

"Mm, I love you Vic" I mumble against his lips.

"I love you too" He says before he shuffles down so his face is in the same level as my stomach.

"And I love you too Emanuel" He whispers to the baby in my stomach, pressing a soft kiss to the bump.
