We are about halfway through rehearsals.
We've been going through everything a millions times getting the lighting and stuff right. Personally, I think we should have one big ass light the goes off and on between sets not all the fancy pansy stuff. It does look good but it takes forever to workout. I don't know how the others can stand it.
I grab a bottle of water and jump off stage. The whole time, Tami and Harley have been playing or eating.
I walk over to them as Tami is reading Harley a book. You can see he's about to fall asleep.
I sit on one of the seats in front of them and listen as Tami reads.
Harley eyes flutter close. She keeps reading for a minute but stops when she's see him sleeping.
"You made it look so easy" I whisper still looking at Harley.
"All I did was read to him. Maybe you should try that sometime" I looked at her shocked. She had a smirk on her face.
I glared at her and took Harley from her.
We went backstage to the dressing room. I laid Harley on one of the couches. Tami got his teddy and placed a blanket over him.
I took my shirt off and pulled a new one over my head to see Tami look away instantly when I met her eyes. I smirked.
"C'mon. Lets go back" she was hesitant. "Don't worry. Just check on him in five"
She sighed and walked out. I quietly closed the door and we made our way back.
"We've got about another hour or so.." so long!
"Eh that's alright. You guys are pretty good ya know" I smiled.
"Thanks. We try" she laughed and walked over to a seat while I went back on stage.
"Okay. That take it from the top again"
