They heard the music booming inside the Shack as Sparrow pulled the car up to the curb. He got out of the car and ran to Amber’s side opening the door for her.

“We have arrived, my lady,” he said with a smile. Amber giggled, she felt like an important celebrity being escorted by her chauffer. She took his hand as he helped her out of the vehicle,

“Thank you Jenkins” she laughed and they walked to the shack doors, arms linked.

Music poured out as they opened the doors. Lights danced and bodies moved to the rhythm while other bodies were scattered across the floor. The purple, black, and white accents on the wall really popped with the black light. The two looked over to the bar, and saw Mike wave them over. Making their way through the bodies sweating ecstasy, they stepped over the sleeping and shit-faced.

“What can I get you?” Mike practically yelled over the loud music.

“I’ll have what I normally do,” Amber yelled back.

“I’ll have what she is having,” Sparrow yelled at Mike pointing to Amber, making sure he understood. Mike nodded and turned to grab their drinks. Amber turned from the bar, and looked out at the sea of bodies. Her eyes scanned the crowd looking for Kimmber. She spotted her, grinding with some guy, and waved her arm to try to get her attention. After a few seconds Kimmber noticed her and headed in her direction. From the way she walked, Amber guessed that she was already smashed out of her mind.

“Hey baby,” she slurred walking up and giving Amber a hug and sloppy kiss on the lips. “You made it fa-hinaly.”

“Yup I’m here.” Mike passed Amber her drink and Kimmber looked at it.

“You’re only getting that,” she said pointing to the HardMike in Amber’s hand, her face scrunched up in disapproval.

“What?” Amber asked.

“Dude it’s a party,” she giggled, “live a little and try this.” She handed Amber a little white pill.

“What is it?”

“Just try it,” Sparrow nudged her arm, she turned to face him.

“You sure that’s a good idea?” he asked, “I mean you wanted a break from drugs and such right.” Amber stared at the little pill in her hand.

“You’re such a joy-kill,” Kimmber slurred poking an accusing finger into Sparrows chest. Then a smile played on her lips, “but I can fix that,” she handed him another pill just like Ambers, and winked. Sparrow turned to look at Amber.

“If you do it I will,” she said with a smile.

“How about you try it and I’ll make sure no one takes you home.” He said.

“Deal,” she said shaking his hand. “Bottoms up!” She yelled before popping the pill in her mouth and washing it down with her drink.

“Come on let’s dance!” shouted Kimmber grabbing Amber’s hand and pulling her, Amber grabbed Sparrows and they head to the dance floor. Music blared and the bass shook her whole body. The mash pit of bodies was becoming extremely hot and sweaty. Kimmber was dancing with Sparrow, but he wasn’t getting into it. He kept glancing at Amber a bit nervously. Suddenly a tingling sensation buzzed in the back of her mind. She felt giggly; the sensation spread down her spine, out to her fingers and toes. Her body warmed and cooled in slow rushes. She started to feel extremely funny. She looked at Sparrow and he body heated up her body tingled as if it wanted to touch him.

A hand brushed up against her back, and chills of pleasure ran through her body. She turned to see Trent, and even though she knew she should be scared, she wasn’t. In fact she was happy to see him. He pulled her close and they started dancing. Her body was going crazy, screaming out that she needed to get her closes off and get into his pants right now or she would die. He leaned in close to her ear and whispered something, but she couldn’t hear him. His warm breath tickled her ear, and the urge to kiss him built up inside her. Something grabbed her arm and she turned to see Sparrow concern was written all over his face. Amber’s smile fell from her face and the color drained in her cheeks. If Trent found out that Sparrow was here, God only knows what he would do to him. She turned back to Trent,

“Hey,” she shouted to him, “I have to go to the bathroom real quick.” He smiled and nodded. She turned and grabbed Sparrow’s arm pulling him with her to the restroom. Once safely inside she locked the door. The music was muffled and vibrated the door as she leaned against it.

“What wrong?” Sparrow asked stepping closer to her. His gorgeous sea eyes looked into her eyes, making her heart beat faster.

“Trent is looking for you…”

“Trent who?”

“He is a Mexican drug dealer”

“Ok? And why is he looking for me?” Amber fidgeted guilt in her eyes.

“He is trying to meet the Sand Man, and asked who my dealer was…. And I… I said you were….” Sparrow blew out a breath of air and ran his fingers through his hair.

“Did you tell him were to find me?”

“No. I told him I only saw you once.”

“Ok that’s better.” he paused, “I got to call Mr. S.” Sparrow finally said pulling out his phone. He turned and looked at Amber with a smile, “Don’t worry ‘bout it I got it covered, go back out and enjoy yourself.” His smile told her he could handle it, but his eye said he was worried.
