Chapter 15

Kai's P.O.V

Nagumpisa na ang final match ngayon. At nag-umpisa na din kaming naglalaro ni Jacob.

7 over 5 ang score namin. Sa kaniya yung 7, akin ang 5. I don't know why I'm being like this but bigla nalang akong kinabahan na parang ewan.

Marami naman ding nanonood sa amin and I'm getting used of it. But this is just first time of mine na kinabahan ako sa larong ito. Or should I say, I didn't feel something like this before. And it is so very uncomfortable to me.

Without noticing, I smashed the ball and hit me a score. It's now 7 over 6. And that was surprising. My hand just made a move! Ibang klase!

When Jacob served the ball, I used a technique na kung saan, mahihirapan siya sa pagtira ulit. So I use chop technique but didn't expect na nakuha niya pala.

8 over 7.

Kinabahan ako lalo.

Ako na ang magse-serve ngayon, before I make a move, I glance the necklace that Aldrin gave to me and I'm wearing it now. And after that, I served the ball with such confidence and Jacob didn't hit back.

8 over 8. It's a tie!

Habang naglalaro kami, nandito pa din ang kaba na nararamdaman ko ngayon. I don't know why I do this but I really need to win this game. I don't wanna lose it.

Siguro sineryoso ko talaga ang sinabi ni Jacob. Tomboy ako at wala dapat akong pake sa mga ganyan.

But why do I suddenly felt changing inside me? I even blushed so easily when Aldrin make something sweet to me. And I don't know why I suddenly felt like that.

Ewan ko kung ano ang nangyari sa'kin pero kakaiba talaga ang nararamdaman ko ngayon.

"Last ball for Jacob, and if he wins, he will be awarded. Kai Duazo, pay attention to the game and stop being absent-minded", sabi ng coach.

I brought back to reality at agad na tumingin sa mga scores, and that made me realize na 10 over 8 na pala.

This is bullshit.

After Jacob served the ball, I immediately smashed it. You can't lose me, Jacob. I won't gave myself to you. You can't have me because there is somebody who owns me already.

Aldrin's P.O.V

"Faster! Baka tapos na yung laro nina Kai", agad na sabi ko at tumakbo ng napakabilis na para bang wala ng bukas.

"Gago chill mo lang yang itlog mo, hype ka na pre", sabi ni Kyle.

"Hindi ako hype. Inlove ako! IN-LOVE", sagot ko at umakyat na sa hagdanan.

When we reached the ping-pong room, agad kaming pumasok at nakita ko na naglalaban sina Jacob at Kai.

I looked at the score and it says 10 all.

Hindi ko alam kung ano ang mangyari sa susunod basta nandito ako para i-cheer si Kai.

Umupo kami ni Kyle sa gilid at nanonood. Nakita ko na nasa kay Kai ang bola ngayon, siya yata ang magse-serve.

And if I'm not mistaken, nanginginig siya. And worse, ako mismo ang kinabahan sa kaniya.

"Cheer her", agad na sabi ni Kyle.

"Ha?"

"I said 'cheer her!' bilisan mo before it was too late! I have the feeling that she needs somebody to motivate her. And she is your motivation. Kaya go! Cheer her!", agad na sabi ni Kyle.
