"So...you're locked on this island, and not...like...in a coven...?" I ask, to make sure I understood Dark's story right. He nods in reply, "yeah" he tells me, grabbing some stuff to clean my wound with. I stare into the campfire he made for the two of us just now. "And I'm going to kill my brother for what he has done...how dare he..." he growls softly. I think about what Warfstache told me. He said that Jack did it. I could tell Dark about it, but I would kill Jack, and I couldn't do that. 'Or was it different? Hmm, I'll figure it out later' I just nod, and pull off my boot and my pant up, revealing the bloody wound on my knee, the skin around it turning a little blue-purple-ish. Dark kneels down next to me, the flames of the fire dancing in his brown eyes.

"So...you just can't come past the beach?" I ask again. He breathes a frustrated chuckle, "yeah, it's like there's an invisible wall...I've walked around the whole island, everyday, five times for two damn weeks long, but I'm just stuck here." He explains. I sigh softly, looking down at his hands which are preparing something to clean my knee with. "This could sting a little, but you can squeeze my arm if it hurts" Dark smiles sweetly at me. I giggle softly, "thanks" I answer before watching Dark put the small cloth to my knee. I lay down, feeling him gently wipe the edges of the wound. I feel a stinging, burning pain in my knee, and the whole area around it. It feels like my whole leg has cuts and is put in a bath of lemon juice. I hiss, "stop, stop stop stop, please stop!" I squeal, but he doesn't, "sorry, I'm almost done" he tells me. I sit up and squeeze his muscled upper arm, trying to release some pain.  "A-are you almost done?" I ask,  gritting my teeth. "I already am for half a minute". I open my eyed, and see Dark looking at me with an amused grin. The stinging pain becomes a little less bad, but it still does hurt. I release his arm, "oh...sorry" I breathe an awkward chuckle, earning some amused chuckles from Dark.

He wraps a bandage around my knee and stands up, "I guess you're hungry?" Dark asks. I nod and smile sweetly, "something to eat would be nice, yes" I tell him. He nods, grabs an unlit torch from somewhere behind me and holds it into the fire until the torch's tip is burning. He walks further into the cave, and walks around a corner. I watch the light disappear slowly until it's fully gone. I scoot a little closer to the fire for warmth, making sure I don't use my leg too much, because it hurts. I lay on my side and rest my head on my hand. I look at the ground and trail my finger over some cracks in the cold, stone floor.

I start to wonder where Dark went. Yeah, to get me some food, but it takes quite long. It's not like he has a five star-restaurant around the corner, preparing me a meal from the finest ingredients. I sit up, crossing my legs as I feel my hand being numb. "Dark?" I ask loud, staring into the silent darkness. My own breathing an the clicks from the campfire is the only sound I hear. "Dark are you there?" I ask again, my words only to be swallowed by the silence again, expecting Dark to hear me. I sigh and stand up, my leg not hurting as much as I thought it would. I also grab a torch, light it in the fire, and walk into the scary, dark cave.  As I walk by, I notice on the walls some drawings, and words. I walk closer to it, and try to read some of it. "(H/C) hair...(E/C) eyes..."  I narrow my eyes, trying to read the rest, "the one...the only one" I whisper to myself. I raise one eyebrow, "what the-" --"WHAT" I jump slightly and turn around "-are you doing here!?" Dark growls at me. I gulp, "Dark, I was looking for you, a-and then I noticed these-" he cuts me off, "it's VERY inappropriate to do such things! Looking around in other people's places!" He glares at me, holding a piece of a tree which he uses as a tray. I nod, "yes, I know, and I very sorry, I won't do it again" I tell him. He sighs, "I want to be able to trust you, "(Y/N)...." he tells me. "B-but you can!! I-" he cuts me off again, "well, clearly not! Because you're searching through my privacy!" He growls again. I nod quickly, "Yes, and I'm sorry, I won't do it again! I'll promise that from now on, I will show you that you can trust me!" I say, not daring to look into his eyes, so I look down at my feet, seeing my shadow dancing on the floor.

Dark sighs frustrated, "anyway, I got you something to eat" he says. I nod, and walk back to the campfire with Dark behind me. I sit back down, laying the wooden torch in the fire. Dark sits down with his legs crossed, making like a table for himself. He places the piece of wood on his lap, having three self-made wooden bowls on it. "I don't have much to eat anymore, that's why I was planning to go out for food tomorrow. But I have strawberries, and blackberries" he explains pointing at a bowl. I nod. "There's some coconut in here, and these two are water for the both of us" he explains, smiling at me. I smile back, "thanks! It's perfect!" I tell him, actually loving berries and coconut pieces. I take the bowl with water and put it in front of me. Dark sets the tray between us, and grabs some black- and strawberries. I take a piece of coconut and start to eat as I glance at Dark. He smiles sweetly back at me, "you like it?" He asks politely. I nod, "yes! It's delicious" I answer, looking into the fire.  'Strange how he is furious at one second, and sweet at the other' I think to myself, eating some berries myself and sipping my water. "So...could you maybe tell me how I get out of here?" I ask, looking at Dark. He chuckles, "up them stairs, girl" he jokes. I breathe a chuckle,"no, I mean off this island! Which way do I go?" I ask. Dark is silent for a moment, "oh, but you can't leave!" He says, still smiling at me. "Why not? I wanna go back to the Pearl" I tell him. "You CAN'T!!!" He growls loud, making me jump slightly. I gulp, staying silent. Dark sighs frustrated, "you cannot leave, you have to help me, since you're here, Wilford left you behind because-" Dark cuts himself off, "Because...?" I ask impatiently. "Because....he couldn't find you, probably, how would I know? Heh" he chuckles uneasy. I narrow my eyes, ".....right...." I drink my water.
