He's a pirate (Warfstache X reader)

ch. 30 jump

It's the next day again, and I'm taking a power nap at the middle of the day. I sleep underneath the deck in a hammock since I figured  I couldn't sleep in the captain's place anymore after what happened yesterday.

I suddenly hear a loud, growly voice behind me, "get up, ya lazy scamp!" I wake up with a gasp and I suddenly feel a pain shoot through my spine. I fell on the ground. A crew member hovers over me, "we're finally gettin' rid of ya" He tells me before he turns around and walks away. I sit up, "huh?" I stand up and walk up the stairs onto the deck. The first thing I see is an island that I've never seen before. I look next to me and walk up to the steering wheel, where the captain is standing, "What are we doing here?" I ask him blankly. Wilford ignores my question and just sticks up his index and middle finger while he wiggles them, gesturing me to follow him. He walks down the few stairs, and to the little gap in the railing that leads to a plank that hovers over the water. I gulp, "eh...Wilford...?" I ask confused, "What is that?" I breathe a frustrated chuckle. He looks down at me, "I'm letting you go" He explains, smiling sweetly down at me. "On that island?" I ask. Wilford nods, having a proud smile on his face. "But...can't you bring me home?" I ask. Wilford sighs, "oh darlin, I've already done so much for you...are you still not happy?" He asks. "well...at least bring me to the beach!" I say, earning some amused chuckles from him. "Don't be silly, the ship would get stuck on the sand!" he explains. "No, with a smaller boat!" I tell him. Wilford shakes his head, "Waste of energy" He makes a shooing gesture with his hand as if he wants to get rid of me already. I sigh, "but...with my gold...I will drown!" I tell him. Wilford looks down at me, raising an eyebrow, "Who said you would be taking that gold with you?" he starts to laugh his silly, but now yet annoying laugh. I hear a dark, echoing laugh behind me.

I turn around and see Dark sitting there, grinning wickedly at me, "Jump, little girl...jump" His voice echoes all around me. I turn around, and look at Wilford, "I'm waiting" he says softly, yet threatening.  "but-" -- "eh, tut, tut, tut, tut!" He pushes his index finger against my lips, "hush" He commands before pressing his hand on my lower back, pushing me towards the plank. He lowers his hand a bit more on my ass, making me widen my eyes slightly. I feel him squeeze slightly, and want to speak up about it, but before I know it, his hand is gone already, and I'm at the beginning of a wooden plank. 

I take my first step and gulp, "Come on, sweetheart" I hear a guy growl as I take another step. "I don't have all day, darling...I have some gold to count" I hear Wilford's smooth voice behind me say before he starts to chuckle cocky. "COME ON!!" Someone growls before some men start to stomp on the plank, making the plank start to shake and wiggle. I yelp and try to keep my balance, "stop!" I yell, begging. They stop and I take my last step, looking down at the clear, salt water.  I turn around and look at Wilford, "I can't-" He cuts me off, "Jump, sweetheart" He winks at me, and I immediately turn around again. Cold shivers run all over my body, and before even realizing it, I jump off the plank, into the water. I scream as I watch the water approach me faster than a thousand times the speed of The Wink.  Cold water surrounds me and I swim to the surface as quick as I can.

I gasp for air and look up, seeing some men get the plank back into the ship. I swim backwards, towards the small island while looking at the ship. I see the anchor is being lift. And finally I see WIlford and Dark standing next to each other, both of them grinning devilish at me. "Pirates" I mumble before swimming to the beach and sitting down on the sand. The Wink sets her sails and there she goes. I narrow my eyes, thinking I see Sean standing there, but I'm not sure. I sigh in defeat, not knowing what to do next.
