It was a shock at first, to see monsters roaming around town as if they've lived here their entire lives, but really, as time went on, it was becoming normal to see monsters and humans get along.

Sadly, there were still humans who would reject the monsters and would do anything to get rid of them. However, they were dealt with when caught.

I was sitting at the new bar in town, called 'Grillby's', it was a lonely shop, not many people would come in here, solemnly due to the fact that this bar was run by monsters. It was always empty when I came here.

Usually, Grillby, the owner, would be the one serving the customers. It was quite rare though, it sometimes even made me ask myself whether he actually had employees or not.

To be honest, I was a little wary myself of them for some time, before I met all the monsters that had brought my little sister, Frisk.

Ever since then, my best friends were monsters!

"Would you like something, (Y/N)?" Grillby, the monster probably made of fire, asked me.

"Just some fries please, Grillby." I responded.

He nodded and went back to the kitchen, leaving me once again to my thoughts.

However, door opened behind me as the little bell chimed - which signalled a customer had come in.

"Hey there, gorgeous, what's your name?" A deep, husky voice asked.

In surprise, I span around to see a skeleton - probably a feet taller than me - with white pupils, a black jacket draped over him, black leather pants, black boots and a cigarette in between his fingers.

"Are you talking to me?" I asked confused.

"Why of course, I don't see anyone else." He chuckled, "By the way,you didn't answer my question, what's your name?" He asked again.

"(Y/N), what's yours?" I turned my body completely sideways to face him.

"Gaster Sans, but just call me Sans." He smirked while leaning on his right hand, "Why is a gorgeous lady like you alone in a place like this?" He asked.

"I just don't have many friends who like monsters." I replied, "Why do you ask?"

"Just wondering if you'd like to walk around with me. I'm quite lonely myself." He winked while keeping his smirk.

I was beyond confused, but I also felt my face heat up and butterflies flutter in my stomach, "Sure, but are we going?" I asked as I stood up.

He stood up as well while holding his hand out, "Just around, no where in particular."

Taking his hand, we found ourselves outside Grillby's, already walking down the streets of town.

Grillby came out with the order in hand only to see his shop empty, as usual.

He stood there in utter confusion as he wondered where (Y/N) could've gone.

"Must've been Sans picking up girls again, but I wonder how he got her to go with him." He wondered to himself.

He looked at the plate full of the delectable fries. Without a second thought, he started to eat them.
