Happy Birthday!! (UnderSwap!Papyrus x Reader)

Hey guys! Author-chan here! Back for another one of these awesome (not) oneshots!!! Sorry, but I wasn't able to find the user that had requested this oneshot, I fel horrible and I'm really sorry!!! But I'm sure you know who you are, and comment so I know!

"Is mission 'Papy's Bday' a go, Blueberry?" I asked while whispering.

"YES HUMAN! MISSON IS A GO!!" Sans tried to talk quietly, but obviously failed.

You giggled, knowing this mission was going to be a success. For you at least.

Oh boy, was Papyrus in for a big surprise.

You had talked to him recently about his birthday, but he said that he didn't celebrate his own birthday. He'd celebrate Blueberry's, but not his own. You felt a little sympathetic for him, despite this being his own choice - because of this, you decided to do something nice for him, without him knowing of course.

"This is gonna be awesome!" You whispered to yourself, running out of the house and towards the door to the Ruins, where Papyrus would most likely be in his station sleeping or something.

Upon exiting the Skeletons' house, Sans the Blueberry left right after you and took off like a dog chasing a butterfly, "SANS, BRING EVERYONE HERE BY 5PM!" You shouted to him, hoping he had heard you.

"ISN'T THAT IN HALF AN HOUR, HUMAN?" Sans stopped running and looked in your direction.

"YEAH! THE DECORATIONS NEED TO BE PUT UP!"

In spite of the distance between you two, you could see Sans nod and give you a thumbs up, "CONSIDER IT DONE BY THE MAGNIFICENT SANS!" He held a hand to his chest, puffing it out proudly before running away to find the others.

All you needed to do now was distract Papyrus and keep him away from the house and Sans as much as possible - just so you guys could surprise him.

But it may prove to be harder than it seemed to be.

Anyways, you headed off towards his sentry station near the Ruins, hoping that he'd be there so you didn't have to do further exercise to get to Waterfall.

As the snow gently crushed beneath your feet, you could just about make out a skeleton figure sleeping in his post, unaware of his surroundings. This fact, however, gave you an idea for a small scare.

Papyrus was still snoring softly under his arms as you sneaked your way towards him, being silent as a mouse and as stealthy as a cat. Unbeknownst to you, Papyrus had already seen you coming up to him before you even tried to scare him.

Once you reached Papyrus, facing his back, you smirked and raised your arms, ready to terrify the poor skeleton in front of you. But just as you were about to bring them down and scream, Papyrus had just suddenly vanished from sight, like dust being carried by the wind.

"What the - Papyrus??" You called out, but nobody came.

You had to admit that you were terrified, terrified that Papyrus had vanished without a trace - however, you knew that he wasn't dead, for there was no dust sprinkled on the snow.

"Papyrus? C'mon, buddy, I know you're there" You hesitantly shouted.

But nobody came, by now you were shaking in your shoes.
