Reset (Sans x Reader) Part 2

You were just a crying mess. Hugging Sans's fluffy jacket like there was no tomorrow.

Seeing the one you loved the most, Sans, die in front of you.

Chara had long gone before you realised.

But you didn't care at the moment. All you wanted was for Sans to come back, you wanted to tell him you loved him.

But you never got the chance.

You sat there in unbearable mental and physical pain.

"You're still mourning over that pathetic skeleton?" A terribly familiar snicker came form behind you.

Your anger growed at immense heights when you heard it.

"Chara. Get. The hell. Away. From me." You growled.

"And why should I do that?" You could feel Chara smirk behind you.

"Did I not make myself clear? You must need hearing aids. I said, GET AWAY!!" You let your anger out.

You turned around to see Chara looking shocked, but quickly changing their expression to a taunting one.

"Do you really think that you'll get him back? Only I have the power to reset this stupid world, don't think I'll reset anytime soon." Chara taunted.

But you weren't going to buy it.

You felt a familiar, yet ghostly presence next to you. It felt a lot like Sans.

"Don't worry, I'm with you, I won't allow them to hurt you." A soft and deep voice whispered in your ear.

A few moments later, a burst of energy was flowing through your body.

Your left eye glowing (F/C).

"I'm always with you. (Y/N)."

You, determined, stood your ground.

"Do you think I'm going to buy your cheap taunts? Haha, think again Chara." You spat.

Everything felt so natural to you.

You sharply moved your arm to the left and, sure enough, Chara smashed into the wall to your left.

You snickered.

"Who's stupid now?" You flashed a glare at Chara. They returned it.

You kept making hand movements and Chara kept smashing into things.

They had died, but came back right after.

You got sick of it.

"If you really weren't scared of dying then you wouldn't reset!" You yelled.

Chara gritted their teeth while attacking you with their knife.

you both got so irritated of each other.

Chara tripped you over and stabbed you in the stomach.

Over.

And over.

And over again.

"I'm c-coming....S-Sans..." You smiled and closed your eyes.

You world started fading to black.

After a while, you woke up in a very dark place; you got up and started wandering aimlessly around until you found two big buttons that said:

Reset and Continue.

You were shocked. You thought it was only Chara with such an ability.

But you knew what you knew what to do.

You ran up to the Reser button and pressed it.

You grinned thinking about meeting Sans again, and knowing that he'll recognise you.

Once again, you woke up in a dark place.

But the only difference was that you had fallen on a giant golden flower bed.

You grinned widely again because it worked.

You ran past Flowey and found Toriel on the way, sparing her in the end.

You pushed open the vast doors and ran all the way to the gate.

You waited to hear the silent sound of the snow getting crushed. When you did, you heard something soothing to you right after.

"Is that how you greet a new pal? Turn around and shake my hand." The deep voice said.

You turned around and squished him in a hug.

"Sans!! I missed you!!" You squealed.

"(Y/N)!!" Sans said, hugging you tighter.

You gently pushed him away.

"You left without letting me tell you something." You softly said.

"I love you Sans."

"I love you too."

You both shared the most heartfelt kiss of all time.
